Jams is a charming barn conversion situated in the heart of Lympstone, Devon.

A great find.
Very comfortable, clean, well appointed and light. Marjorie and John were on hand to help with any queries and greeted us with a lovely welcome pack. Having to park elsewhere (though only 5 to 10 minutes away) could be a bit of a nuisance but John let us park on site in front of his garage when possible.
A fantastic stay at Jams.
The property has been beautifully renovated and is so well equipped with everything that you could need. The village is in a great location to explore the coast line with easy access to the train station and the coastal path. The owners were lovely and so helpful. Thank you very much.
Beautiful cottage in a lovely quaint village.
The cottage had everything we needed with really thoughtful touches such as beach towels. John and Marj were lovely and very helpful, they even lent us their crabbing nets which was great fun. Thank you so much, we hope to be back.
