"This is a great property to stay at."
Very spacious, modern and everything you need. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and nice touches with a welcome bottle of wine, milk and a few beers. It's set in a quiet village but is great as a base to explore from. Recommendations - Anthony Gardens (very nearby); Bit further afield but worth the trip - Eden Project; Lost Gardens of Helligan and Buckland Abbey. Nice days spent in Looe. & Polperro.

"This was the best property we have ever stayed in."
The communication from the owners was excellent and they did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and stress free. This is a prime example of how it should be when you are renting a property and something for others to aspire to. Thank you again Maggie and Tim.

"A lovely modern house in a beautiful setting."
Everything was catered for in the house with nice touches like milk and wine left for us. It was just a short walk to the local shop and pub, and a play park for the grandchild.
The house was lovely and clean and the garden was beautiful although we couldn’t make full use of it because of the weather. The owner welcomed us and was really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

"We’ve just come back from a week in this lovely property."
There’s loads of space and it was safe for the toddler and the little dog. The kitchen is amazingly well-equipped. There’s loads of white porcelain, plenty of cutlery and glassware, picnic plates, dog bowls, a great coffee maker and even thermos flasks. There’s an impressive array of spices and condiments, and even baking powder and cake tins. The sofas and outside seating are very comfortable as are the dining chairs, which is just as well as we spent quite a bit of time at the table completing a fiendish jigsaw!

"Beautifully presented property with helpful and attentive host."
Really well equipped so we were able to self cater and enjoy time with our Family.
The weather didn't allow us to explore the area, but it looked lovely and I would imagine in the summer it would be a great location. The village was pleasant and very friendly.

It offers versatile accommodation for 8 people.
The cinema room had plenty of DVD'S, puzzles and games.
Outside there is ample seating and the table tennis table was put to great use.

"We had a wonderful family stay at Lake view, the house was beautiful with great facilities."
The beds are comfy and the bathrooms modern, the ensuite shower is the best. The garden is lovely and I'm sure in the good weather months is a fantastic social area. If you do have a dog there are a couple of escape routes. The house is set up quite a steep hill, there are some good shops and a good pub at the bottom of the hill. There are some beautiful little villages about a mile away Kingsand and Cawsand both with little shops and some beautiful eateries. Looe is about 7 miles and Polperro a few miles further. A great week away, great house , great hosts

"What a wonderful place to stay."
You have a wonderful welcome from the host from the minute they receive the booking and nothing is too much trouble during the stay. The house itself is lovely as is the village and we were made very welcome in the local pub and shops. I will definitely be back.

"We have just returned from a stay at Lake View in Millbrook."
The area is peaceful and beautiful with some lovely beaches and small villages. The house has literally everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Everything has been thought about and provided for a very comfortable stay. The garden is a lovely place to sit outside with family and friends. There are 3 well stocked grocery shops and good online delivery service as-well as some nice restaurants and cafes. Maggie kept in touch by text to offer advice and ensure everything was as we wanted, which was was great, but we had no need for any assistance. We would definitely return to Lakeview and the area.
