    “Really lovely house.”

Only bit of feedback was that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. Given how great everything else in the house is seems like something you might want to address.

Only bit of feedback was that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. Given how great everything else in the house is seems like something you might want to address. Don't want to sound like I'm complaining though - really loved the house and as I say - everything else was great.

Thank you for taking the time to send in your feedback. We have discussed your comment regarding the mattress in the master bedroom with the owner. The mattress has been checked and perhaps softer than the one you have at home, but it is absolutely fine. As we know mattresses do tend to be a matter of preference. We are glad that you had an enjoyable holiday and loved the property and hope to see you again. - Sykes owner relations
