"Basic but comfortable."
In need of a bit of attention to the widow seals to the double bedroom. Hot water at the kitchen sink would have been helpful (there was literally a dribble) but we managed with a kettle.

"There was never any hot water in the kitchen area despite reporting this every day."
We had to boil kettles of water to do anything at the sink. There was never any TV signal all the whole week. We reported this as well but on the last day we're told there was nothing they could do and offered us the use of another chalet just for viewing TV. There was totally inadequate heating in the lounge/kitchen area when it got chilly at night. Just a small oil filled radiator which was utterly useless.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year.
