Fabulous property.
Very high quality. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped. I booked very last minute and was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome treat of scones, jam and cream and fresh flowers on our arrival! Very lovely and will definitely recommend to others! Wished our stay was for longer as we were very settled there!

It's a beautiful cottage surrounded by fields in a very peaceful part of Devon. Cottage has literally everything you would need, underfloor heating keeps it warm and cozy, kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, beds are super soft and comfortable, bathroom is great with an incredible free standing bath! There's lots of space but it maintains it's wonderful historical cottage feel and the coal fire adds to that magic in the evenings. I can't thank Joan and Tim enough for making it such a wonderful experience, would recommend them and Little Blagdon in a heartbeat. Thank you!
A cosy comfortable cottage in a quiet but accessible location well placed to visit both the south Devon and north Cornwall coasts and countryside.
It is well equipped for self catering. The welcome pack included a cream tea and various teas and coffees. Surprisingly for a cottage the bedrooms were spacious with a nice large bathroom too. The hosts, whilst discreet, went out of the way to be most helpful - 10/10 to Joan and Tim. We enjoyed a lovely break in a beautiful part of our country.j
