9 Seaford Sands

The property was lovely & well equipped.

The bath/shower was a bit slippery and could do with a rubber bath mat. The location was fine, close to town for driving but up a hill for walking. Bed was comfortable & we were grateful there was a fan for this incredible heatwave!

Seaford Sands is perfectly located if you love to walk, with great access to the beach and the coastal path.

The accommodation is nicely layed out and in good condition and is very clean. The property benefits from a dedicated off road parking space but is difficult to access if you own a larger than average vehicle. We appreciate that Seaford Sands is dog and had blankets provided. The only thing stopping me from giving this property 5 stars is the master bedroom would benefit from a king size bed and some better blinds, as they do let alot of light in even when closed. The kitchen is a good size and it would be nice to have a dishwasher. We hope to stay again soon thanks!

Great location just up the hill from the beach, comfortable facilities and the hosts were very helpful with arranging an earlier check-in.

We'd definitely stay here again.

The parking space is very tight to manoeuvre into if you have a big car and other residents are in their spaces.

We had a fantastic time at Seaford Sands, the property was clean and well equipped and was really close to Youngs park and the beaches there, it’s a steep walk from the property to the park and beach but it is really short.

It was perfect for the two of us and our Jack Russel. Great to have a designated parking space in the car park too.

9 Seaford Sands was ideally located between the main resort of Paignton and Goodrington Sands.

A 10 minute walk in either direction and you are able to enjoy the amazing attractions that the area area has to offer. The cottage itself was very well equipped, extremely comfortable and very clean. A slight criticism would be is the blinds let light through despite covering the windows and we had a 3 year old awake and up at the sign of first light. We have had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come back to the property

The property did what we wanted/needed so have no negative feedback.

Met expectations but did not exceed expectations in any way, hence the 4 stars. Feels a bit harsh giving 4 stars but suppose the real test is would we make a return visit, truth is we'd try somewhere else. Thanks Rob

Lovely place , close to park and beach .

Shops etc only 10 minute walk away. Would have preferred bedrooms to be darker as blinds were quite light . Did have little issue from property above with creeking on bedroom ceiling and a few heavy bangs during the night. Aoart from that had a lovely stay

Well another fabulous stay :) and pleased to report i could reverse my xc90 in that space this time with some patience, as old school parking required in my car :) and clearly lovely responsive owners as pint glasses now in situ :) Such a wonderful location and thoughtful space too relax with my 2 dogs so il defo be back soon again :) Thank You All x

The property was spotless, in a great location (5 minute walk down to Goodrington Sands Beach and 10 mins walk to Paignton) and really large and spacious.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily come back again.

Lovely centrally located space and perfect for my dogs having some private front space but, as next too main door, plenty of things for dogs too want to bark at.

Not good for reactive dogs. Only able to park in space if own a shorter vehicle, I couldn’t get my volvo xc90 in or when i did (as no car next when parked) i couldn’t get out without asking neighbour too move. No pint glasses still. Overall wonderful and exactly what you pay for :) Thank you :)

We had a lovely time in Devon the cottage was in a good place to get to the beach and town about a 15 minute walk lovely beach , and the park.

Great location apart from the hills which not much can be done about that.

This is me a airryer would be good no pint classes no whisk only minor things but would help overall very happy would I go back no to many hills

A lovely well presented home.

Very clean and comfortable. Easily accessed to many beach areas and the town. Although some hilly areas surrounding property.

From stepping through the door the property was very clean and tidy.

Facilities were fantastic, comfy bed, great to have a bath and shower available. Beach and bars just a walk away. Very pet friendly. It was a great home from home.

Just had a great relaxing stay in this lovely house.

All amenities close by. Went on the steam train to Dartmouth. Really lucky with weather aswell. Would definitely recommend.

A truly enjoyable comfortable stay at 9 Seaford Sands.

It has everything you need. It was nice and warm and easily heats up quickly in the house. Julie and Phil were easy to get hold of and very accommodating, even though we didn't meet them we did get a greeting sent via messages, and any other information you may need they are quick to contact you back and happy to help. Thank you for the milk, tea, coffee and sugar supplied as a starter pack. There were a few other condiments too in the cupboards. It's in a good location up a hill, where you can see to one area of the beach from the car park. It's easy enough to walk down to the beach area, just be aware that it's a bit of a climb back. The car parking spot is a bit tight to say the least, especially when other neighbours are parked up in the evening. We loved Paignton, even in November time, it's just so beautiful and Totnes nearby is well worth a visit especially with their market on Friday, Saturday and occasional Sunday. Wonderful shops there, very different. I would highly recommend this house and it's position to discover the area all around the sea front to other areas further afield.

we had a wonderful time at 9 seaford sands everything we needed our dog marty settled right away which was a relief.

A real home away from home the bed was so comfy it normally takes me a couple of days to sleep but from the first night i slept very well . we loved how central the property was. we will be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay it was amazing.

It was situated near to the beach at Paignton, with easy access to the train and bus station.

We loved the house and is so convenient for Goodrington and Paignton by foot. It was really handy for our parkrun tourism too!

Cottage was immaculate, can't fault the cottage, everything worked and was clean and tidy, the only small thing was we don't have a car and local hills and roads were steep and challenging to walk

We really enjoyed ourselves. As per Skyes app it is an excellent place to stay in Paignton end dog friendly. You do need to replace bulbs in the main living room light, there is only 2 bulbs working. Thanks again Carol, Lewis and Frank the dog
