The sociable kitchen/diner is ideal for culinary adventures, with the Godin stove comprising of a hot plate warmer, plus a double Ness oven, double Belfast sink and a larder cupboard filled with colourful Denby Juice crockery.Large American fridge/freezer with crushed and cubed ice maker.

Two sumptuous sitting rooms, 1 with elevated ceilings and a 66' HD Smart TV, each with a crackling woodburning stove, invites you to sink into plush sofas and savour the glow of the fire.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms wait to catch your sleepy head: On the 1st floor a super-king-size with Smart TV and opulent en-suite featuring a Jacuzzi bath and stand alone quadrant shower.This magnificent bedroom features a part panelled glass floor, which can be covered with a privacy rug.On the same floor 1 double with an original Victorian brass bed plus Smart TV.An internal panelled door (lockable) from this room leads through to a twin, suitable for families.

On the 3rd floor you will find 2 double bedrooms: 1 with an en-suite shower, the other is a large 16 x 22 foot room with a sleigh bed and vaulted ceilings, with 44' Smart TV.Please be aware the en suite bedroom is accessed through the 2nd double bedroom on this floor.

The ancient Stannary town of Ashburton lies on the southern slopes of Dartmoor and is an ideal spot from which to explore the rugged high moors to the North and a beautiful coastline to the South. The scenery in this area of South Devon is glorious in all weathers and offers visitors opportunities for walking, pony trekking, canoeing, fishing and lazing on the beach. Ashburton has some artisan shops and with its interesting history and museum, has built a reputation for its high standard of antiques and fine collectables outlets. It also has lovely tea rooms, a popular vegan cafe, a wine bar, a fish deli, cheese deli, artisan baker, local butcher, co-op, spar, pharmacist and organic veg and health food shop. In the surrounding area, Dartmoor has many picturesque villages and hamlets with old thatched cottages and ancient churches, surrounded by a patchwork of fields and woodland.
