The property is absolutely amazing with fantastic views and we will definitely go back again.
The cleanliness was not a 10 out of 10 there were crumbs in the cutlery drawer, there was rolls of dust on the floor in the main living area. There was a diabetic lancet in full view underneath the blue sofa. The heavier sofa obviously hadn’t been moved because there was dust all underneath that. On your website, the coffee machine was incorrectly described, which was a bit annoying because I brought the wrong coffee pods for it.! The shower in the double bedroom was clogged and very slow draining. There was a loose board on the smaller balcony. And all three keys were not easy to use in the lock and required a lot of jiggling to try to open the door. Ann And was concerned that sometimes one of them might not work at all. Having said all that it was a lovely accommodation.!! this is just feedback that I feel you should be aware of as you’ve asked.
Very large apartment with incredible views across the entire estuary which we absolutely loved.
Set in very well maintained private grounds with good parking facilities. Great outdoor furniture with cushions and blankets available. Huge bedrooms and relaxing lounge & dining area. Would definitely stay here again. Just one negative there was no hair dryer which struck me as odd. I had to go out and buy one which wasn’t a problem but unusual not to have one in such a high spec apartment.
I know Salcombe well and chose 3 Hamstone Court because it offered car parking and huge balconies with the best view in Salcombe.
The property was far more spacious than I had envisaged and was perfect for our needs - family aged 12 months to 93 years old. Very well equipped. The only things it lacked was something to make ice cubes in and a hairdryer. Loved it.
