Description
3 Moult Farm Cottage is a stone’s throw from North Sands Beach and a gentle walk from Salcombe’s glittering array of boutique shops, pubs and galleries.
The spacious, neutral kitchen has fitted wall units, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The pleasant sitting room has two comfortable double sofas, coffee table, TV with Sky and opens onto the dining room where a white wooden table provides seating for six.
North Sands beach and the sea beyond can be seen from the living room.
There are three bedrooms in total, all of which are on the first floor.
The master has a king-size, a spacious twin is next with two single beds and the final has a double bed with ample clothes storage.
On the first-floor level is a family bathroom with a bath, electric shower (over) and hand basin.
A separate cloakroom provides a WC and basin.
To the front of the property is seating adjacent to the allocated parking space.
Additional parking for one to two cars is available on the lane but are not guaranteed.
One well-behaved dog is permitted.
Moult Farm Cottages are located in a private lane set back just 100m or so from North Sands beach.
Salcombe's town centre is a short walk away in one direction whilst South Sands beach, Overbecks (National Trust house and gardens) and the South Devon Coastal Path are a short drive away in the other.

Great location near south sands beach!
Lovely cozy accom, well equipped and comfortable!
The cottage is in a great location, it's wonderful to be able to take a coffee and sit on the sea wall and people watch.
it is also a perfect location for excersising our dog. The cottage itself was looking a bit tired with some stains on the carpet and furniture.when we stripped the beds it was a bit disconcerting to see alot of stains on the duvets. The kitchen knives all seemed to be blunt and could do with being replaced perhaps
We absolute love this place and enjoyed our 6th stay this summer!
The cottage is perfectly situated for the beach, short walk to town and the lane for walks with the dog. Everything is clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a good sized kitchen. We also love the shed with beach supplies which is a great idea to avoid wasted purchases on buckets and spades. We did notice a few things that need attention: - light in the small toilet was not working - power button on washing machine is loose - curtain hook in master bedroom broken - one of the wooden chairs outside broken We think some updated outside furniture would be a great asset as it’s so lovely to sit outside and the current chairs are a little tired. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning again next year!
