“Property would benefit from parasol on balcony and coffee table in lounge.”

Creaking floorboards from above a nuisance at night!

    - Mr Powell, June 2021

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, The Salcombe apartments, as a building do not allow parasols. This is due to the position of the building being on the water front were the wind can be unpredictable. We have passed your feedback onto the owner and she is now looking to get a coffee table for the lounge. We hope you had an enjoyable stay at 34 The Salcombe and look forward to welcoming you back to the area soon. - Sykes owner relations
