Great house .

Very well equipped . Location fantastic. Wish the beds were more comfortable ! Please sort out the drains (?)in the en suite upstairs it was pretty smelly at times . However a comfortable lovely house with lots of personal touches . One of the best properties we’ve stayed in . Also parking for two cars is brilliant !

Renting a property is not just about the house - a quality let comes with the trust that the property will be as advertised and that if a problem arises it will be handled in a professional way by the owner.

Our genuine complaint (backed up with photos and full details and concerns provided at an early point) was effectively dismissed by the owner who thought offering £75 would keep us quiet. We don’t want or need money we wanted to be treated fairly - your greed and lack of empathy is shameful. Sykes won’t publish this but others will.

A great location in Salcombe with easy access to the town.

Very comfortable home from home with all the equipment we would need to cook for and entertain a family group of three generations which included a two and half month old baby and two dogs. A very enjoyable stay.
