    “A superb holiday rental.”

Perfect decor with everything you could ever need in the house and kitchen- including Nespresso with frother! BBQ on the patio, garden table with views to the water and top decking area excellent for sun and games. Amazing views over the estuary and sea. Tough walk up from town and 2 steep flights of stairs up to to the house.

The property

Resting in the popular resort town of Salcombe is this well-presented duplex apartment, Seascape.

Set over two floors and sleeping up to six guests, Seascape is a charming property for a group of family or friends wanting to explore Devon's south coast, within easy reach of two pretty beaches and boasting spectacular harbour and sea views.

Park in one of two off-road parking spaces and make your way up two sets of steps to be greeted by a multi-level rear garden with a patio and suntrap decking area, both with furniture to enjoy a spot of alfresco dining or a home-made cocktail on the sun loungers.

Entering the property pass a handy cloakroom, where you can freshen up after a day at the beach, before heading into the sitting room, which boasts a pretty feature fireplace and plenty of seating to gather around the Smart TV, while the balcony area is the perfect place to catch the morning sun with a cup of coffee as you look out over the harbour and surrounding beaches.

The kitchen/diner provides all the appliances you need to rustle up your favourite meals, which can be enjoyed together around the dining table as you toast to a wonderful holiday, while the idyllic window seat allows you to capture the best of the beautiful views while you eat breakfast.

Catch up on rest in the lower-floor double bedroom or head to the upper floor to find the master super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a seating area arranged around a picture window with juliette balcony, showcasing the breath-taking coastal views, along with a twin bedroom, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement.

Prepare for a new day in the modern shower room, while a handy utility offers laundry facilities for refreshing your beach wear.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families, with it's gorgeous beaches and access to the ultimate South West Coast Path, popular with walkers and cyclists.

If you're interested in a more adventurous day then try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip.

Take advantage of locally sourced seafood, showcased at many of the nearby restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens, as well as the opportunity to explore the ample shops, bars and of course, the popular Salcombe Maritime Museum.
