The property

A short walk from Salcombe’s town centre, this is a smashing base for a couple or family looking to holiday in Salcombe with their pet.

Situated on the top two floors of a period town house, this stylish pet-friendly apartment charms with glimpses of the famous Salcombe waterfront.

This property comes with a private parking space for one small/medium sized car, beside a short flight of steps that lead down to the front door and into the stylish open plan living area.

As you walk into this homely apartment, you enter the kitchen, well equipped and fitted with a breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying hearty breakfasts.

To the left of the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, and a light and airy lounge with two two-seater sofas.

The comfortable lounge has a flat screen digital TV and DVD player to relax watching your favourite films.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a small en suite w.c.

The second bedroom is built into the eaves of the property and has two 2’ 6” single beds, suitable for children over the age of five.

The bedrooms are all supplied with duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, but guests are asked to bring beach and tea towels.

A travel cot and highchair is provided to make your holiday that extra bit easier.

In addition to the master bedroom en suite, there is a family bathroom with a bath w.c.

and a large separate walk-in shower.

This delightful property is ideal for a couple or family with children over the age of five, with one well-behaved pet allowed in the tiled living areas.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
