Welsummer is a lovely, well equipped and spacious property.
It was very clean and well presented. There is plenty of parking space which is a bonus in Salcombe, and there is a good sized garden. We had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.
We were surprised that there were no toilet rolls or hand wash in the house when we arrived Other self catering houses we have stayed at have supplied a “wellcome pack including tea coffee and milk and toilet rolls and hand wash Having said that the house was great plenty of space and light for 9guests
