The property

As of 2021 we are opening up the field below the property for walks along the grass mown area.

Countryside walks are aplenty with in a short distance from Bearscombe's, spanning across rolling countryside and stunning valleys and down to Modbury Village which is only an hours walk away down quiet country lanes.

The Dartmoor National Park and South Devon AONB allow you to get out and explore the great outdoors, offering a multitude of excellent opportunities no matter your tastes.

The Devon Expressway running nearby, allows you to access more of the county's outstanding attractions.
