Not just Excellent but Outstanding property.

The best accomodation we have ever stayed in. The property has everything you need for your stay and of top quality. The owners are very nice and very helpful. We have just one suggestion, to add one page to the information. At the end of your stay to list the tasks the owners wish you to undertake before you leave eg putting linen into the wash bag, emptying the bins and where to leave the keys. Fortunately, Sykes advised us of what is required the day before we left so we did what was required. However the message sent to my phone by the owners wasn't read until we were at the services after the Taunton services. On the leaving day, looking at my phone was the last thing on my mind as packing and loading the car is no 1 priority.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Treetops.

A tremendous amount of thought and love has gone into this amazing house. It is immaculately clean and has everything you can possibly need. We loved watching the wildlife from the bedroom, especially the bird of prey. We were lucky with clear evenings to see the stars whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Great walks from the house too.

This is a lovely place with obviously a lot of time and money spent here to make it the amazing place it is with all the little well thought out extras everywhere you look.

Wonderful place for our long weekend.

Everything catered for. The property was so well equipped to a high standard. Nothing extra was needed. Lovely local treat box on arrival which was a great touch after a long drive. Cleanliness was amazing and the wood fired hot tub was a highlight. Really easy to get going and stayed warm until the following evening needing only a quick warm up to make it extra toasty. Super surrounding, quiet and pieceful especially watching the bird feeders out of the bedroom windows in the morning. Great walks directly outside of the property with lots distance choice. Close to all the seaside locations. The village Beer being one of our favourites. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks.

Quality fittings and furniture, exceptionally clean, Treetops is in an excellent position, quiet and private. Denise and Mark are the perfect hosts-a very friendly welcome, they are there for advice, but not intrusive.

On arrival we were greeted by Mark who was really friendly and welcoming.

First impressions of treetops from the outside were amazing and continued inside. The accommodation was fantastic with everything you needed plus more. The outside space was also fantastic and completely private with table,chairs ,loungers and a decent bbq which we used every day. We had lots of different birds feeding on the feeders which was lovely. Treetops is situated in a great position for going out and about exploring and also great walks from the property. We left feeling completely relaxed. Denise and Mark are lovely people and treetops is a credit to them.

Treetops is a lovely place to stay - we took two weeks there to explore the Devon area.

The owners were away, but still looked after us very well since their family live next door. The place is high spec, spacious and a delight to be in. A gorgeous welcome basket full of local provisions was left for us and the wildlife seen around the property was a joy to behold. We would recommend this ‘cottage’ as a great place to stay if you want to explore the east coast from Paignton (easy by train from Exmouth) to Lyme Regis in Dorset and all places between. We had a terrific time, thank you so much.

We would thoroughly recommend Treetops for anyone who’s looking for a quiet family-friendly break in the beautiful East Devon countryside.

The cottage is very comfortable and fitted out to the highest standards, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of welcoming features. Denise and Mark made sure we were all set up and we found the local area full of interesting experiences - we went to Torquay, Beer Caves and the Westpoint Arena. Looking forward to returning again soon!

If you're tall take someone shorter to do the cooking: the low/sloping roof by the sink/dishwasher/fridge nearly brained me a couple of times.

Otherwise, everything was great. Friendly & helpful hosts; lovely welcome pack with local produce; tea, coffee, sugar, etc all provided, also soap, handwash, etc in the bathrooms. Peaceful location with lovely views of the trees and birds. Outdoor area lovely for a sunny afternoon relax.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful accommodation, nestled in the trees amongst the birds & squirrels, which kept us entertained in the evenings.

Every detail, from the cozy atmosphere in the living area to the comfy bedrooms made our stay here perfect. The kind gesture of a lovely hamper on our arrival & essentials of milk & bread made this visit truly special. You really thought of everything. It was a joy to be here & wake up to nothing but the sound of birds singing their hearts out. We will definitely recommend Treetops to family & friends & would most certainly return if we're in this part of the UK again.

Our second stay at Treetops, lovely weather, so able to use the private terrace which has sun loungers and a barbecue.

Everything is top quality at the property and a generous welcome pack, including tea, coffee, milk and bread provided so no need to rush to the supermarket on the first night. We were able to walk to two sections of the East Devon Way so could avoid using the car every day. Thoroughly recommend this property for a lovely break in East Devon.

We had a really relaxed week at Treetops.

Its situation is so peaceful, and it is finished to a very high standard,with good quality devices, very comfortable beds and nice en-suites with good showers in the 2 bedrooms. The welcome basket is a nice touch, coffee, tea, milk and bread left for us also. In fact it has everything one would need for a quality break. The outside area is very private with sun loungers and table and chairs when the weather is warm. We highly recommend this property.

Everything you'd want for a perfect break was catered for. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Watching the birds feed was lovely and the occasional naughty squirrel made us laugh. Treetops was a beautiful cottage with all the facilities you need.

It was only built a couple of years ago so brand spanking new. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. I loved the decking with loungers with the added bonus of a BBQ with table and chairs. Treetops is also located in a brilliant area near to many places like Exmouth Branscombe and Lyme Regis where we did some lovely walks. There were also good walks from Treetops alone. I will definitely be back with my husband as I stayed with a girlfriend.

The property was perfect, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need and more for a lovely stay.

The welcome pack was very generous and most welcome. The best holiday accommodation we have stayed in and would certainly recommend.

Hotels, bnb's, and cottages, this is without doubt the best place I have ever stayed.

Wonderful setting, imaculately clean, extremely comfortable. Denise and Mark could not have done more to improve our stay. They provided an execptional welcombe hamper and there were even fresh flowers to welcombe us. There were bird feeders stategically placed so we could watch the birds and squirrels from every room. They even left a tub of seeds for us to refill them. The only thing that could have been better was the weather. 15 mins drive away was the Blue Ball Inn where we enjoyed a fantastic meal on our last night. I highly recomend both the home and the Inn. Would love to return sometime. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

We took a 7 day break at this property to recharge our batteries after a very busy spell.

We were greeted by the host who had provided a generous welcome package of goodies that were much appreciated. It's a lovely quiet and well equipped property, perfectly located for exploring Devon and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully furnished, it has a showhome appearance yet feels so homely, with great outside space to enjoy. We booked this just as a base for 3 days visiting Devon & Cornwall, and wish we had had more time to embrace this beautiful property and facilities. It is well appointed with seemingly no expense spared in its furnishings and equipment. It was very satisfying to find everything we would ever need for our stay, the kitchen is very well equipped as are the bedrooms and their en-suite facilities. Whilst in the accomodation we were entertained by many varieties of birds visiting the two bird feeders situated just outside the lounge window. Treetops is well placed for visiting the many interesting local city, towns and villages, each having their own mixture of upmarket shops and eateries. From the moment we arrived at Treetops we were amazed how wonderful it was.

The welcome pack was the best we have ever had. The bedrooms en-suite shower rooms,and living rooms were excellent.The position of the living room was excellent for birdwatching,and the location of the cottage was excellent for visiting Sidmouth,Beer,Budleigh Salterton,Exmouth and many , all within a 30 minute drive. Our reason for visiting the area was to see our son, and we wanted somewhere comfortably to stay - we couldn’t have found anywhere more beautiful!
