Very clean and great communication beforehand. Given whatever the weather, guests will be wet, it would be great to have a dryer/integrated washer dryer! It is beautifully furnished to a very high standard in a perfect location for the beach and access to cliff top walks with amazing views. The addition of the Hot Tub, Pool Table and Roof Top Golf make it a perfect Home for a family holiday. I can highly recommend 12 Beachdown and we hope we can return soon. Even if the weather was inclement at times, there was plenty to keep the children occupied with the putting on the roof terrace, the hot tub and the pool table. The area is very well situated and provides the perfect base for some wonderful clifftop walks. Highly recommended and look forward to returning in the future.
