  • "A lovely bungalow ."

It was well furnished with comfortable beds and a nice shower room and in a good quiet location. Instructions for keys etc were excellent. It could maybe benefit from some new pans but apart from that there was everything you needed to self cater. Would be happy to recommend. We had a lovely stay..

Thank you for your kind review we are pleased you found the Bungalow to your liking and you enjoyed your holiday. Property Owner

  • "For disabled people there should be grab handles at entrance."

Shower not really suitable for disabled as too small, also shower pipe not long enough. Otherwise very comfortable. No tin opener.

Thank you for your feedback this is the 1st time in 9 years anybody has made any comments on shower not being big enough or shower hose not long enough so will have another look but not many options due to space for shower size. There is a electric tin opener on the shelf by the toaster. Property Owner

The property

Hidden among the whispering trees and gentle stream-song of Rosecraddoc Lodge Holiday Bungalows, Sycamores rests like a secret waiting to be discovered.

Nestled in the quiet countryside near Liskeard, Cornwall, this charming lodge offers a haven of stillness—a place where time stretches and the world feels far away.

From the moment you arrive, the hush of nature wraps around you.

A private parking space welcomes you at the edge of the lodge, and beyond the door lies a warm, open-plan living space where comfort and calm go hand in hand.

Soft light spills across the sitting area, inviting you to sink into the sofa and let the outside world melt away.

The kitchen, simple and well-equipped, is perfect for slow breakfasts and home-cooked suppers, while the dining table becomes a place for laughter, stories, and shared moments.

Step outside into, where the morning sun dances on the stream and the air carries the scent of wild grass and distant sea.

Here, you can sip coffee in silence, listen to the birdsong, or dine beneath the stars with the gentle murmur of water as your soundtrack.

When night falls, retreat to one of two cosy double bedrooms, each a quiet cocoon of soft linens, warm lighting, and restful stillness.

Wake to the sound of breeze in the trees and begin again, refreshed and unhurried.

Beyond the lodge, the Cornish countryside unfolds in all its quiet beauty.

Wander through the ancient woodlands of Golitha Falls, explore the hidden depths of Carnglaze Caverns, or lose yourself in the winding lanes of Polperro, where the sea meets the sky in a painter’s dream. Sycamores is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to pause.

To breathe.

To listen.

To simply be.
