The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with a two-ring induction hob, oven, and fridge with ice box - perfect for preparing relaxed breakfasts or simple evening meals. The lounge area invites you to unwind with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a cosy sofa, and a dining table for two. Patio doors lead out to a private seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the views across the gardens and surrounding countryside.
The bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed, promising restful nights after days spent exploring the Devon coast and countryside. The adjoining shower room is sleek and modern, with a generous double walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC.
Step outside to discover immaculately kept lawns and gravel seating areas, offering generous space to unwind and take in the serene, peaceful surroundings.
There’s plenty to see and do nearby. Enjoy a tasting at Lyme Bay Winery, explore the rich wildlife of Seaton Wetlands, or wander the historic streets of Colyton, a characterful market town known for its independent shops, restaurants, and the scenic Seaton Tramway. The accommodation is perfect for two people,it is modern and everything is at hand.
Access is good for old folks.On arrival we found the Roost to be very clean.Waste and recycling bins are clearly labelled and instructions for appliances,TV etc are all there. It is very private and an excellent place for a relaxing break.
The property exceeded our expectations and was a perfect place for a peaceful get away, but close to all amenities.
The hosts were most welcoming and happy to provide any information required.
We loved our stay at the Roost.
Perfect for two guests; it was clean & had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Miller farm shop close by. The location is a perfect distance to visit the local attractions. Amazing hosts Mel & Pete!
