Dating back to the 15th century, this Grade II listed stone barn has been carefully restored to retain its original character while providing comfortable and practical holiday accommodation. Exposed stonework and period features add to its charm, while modern furnishings create a welcoming space to unwind. The living room is a comfortable place to settle in after a day out exploring, with an electric woodburner providing warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen and dining area are well arranged for shared meals and socialising, and are fully equipped for a relaxed, self‑catered stay. Cider House sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Although peacefully rural, Cider House is well placed for exploring the local area. The popular seaside town of Lyme Regis is close by, with its family-friendly sandy beach, the historic Cobb Harbour and a wide selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants. Charmouth, famous for its fossil‑rich beach and guided fossil hunting, is also nearby, along with other coastal favourites such as Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. Attractions including Beer Quarry Caves, the Seaton Tramway and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth are all within easy reach. Walkers will appreciate the numerous nearby footpaths, while horse riding is available locally at a neighbouring property (charges apply).
