    "Absolutely fab."

They provided everything you could need. Down to a buggy for the beach!! Was very clean. Will definitely be going back. Is there a way to chose the flat? Ideally next time we would like flat one.

"We stayed as a family off 4 two adults a 4 year old and a baby, flat needs some tlc especially the living room needs decorating whole flat smelt musty when we arrived unfortunately are stay was ruined and let down by are sleeping arrangements I requested a cot bed for my baby I couldn't use the cot bed was very old and really musty and discloured dirty and didn't even come with a mattress,we brought a back up mattress anyway for the cot bed so I had to put that and the mattress from the sofa bed on to the living room floor every night to sleep, the sofa bed was broken and mattress also dirty I also had to hoover when we arrived as the sides off the sofa and cushions were covered in dog hair."

. shouldn't say you can provide a cot if it's in that state.. positives great location for the shops and beach car park at the top of the road...

"No major problems, the apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped and I had a great stay thanks."

Only small thing as others have pointed out is that the toilet seat refuses to stay upright.

"Fantastic location but unfortunately the holiday let is needing significant investment, cracked tiles, miss matched cutlery, damaged items, sofa collapsed, mattress thin and gives no support."

Fridge was dirty inside and oven trays had cheese on them from the last tenants. Random bits of paper printed off around the property just leaves an unprofessional feel, these should be in a single tenant book rather than just blue tacked around the property. Shame as the location and building could have this as a fantastic place but it’s just a very youth hostel feel.

    "Great stay."

We had an elderly Cavalier spaniel with us who couldn’t manage the stairs so it was hard work for us carrying her to and from the flat. The flat itself was perfect and had everything we could possibly need, we could not quite work out how to get the hot water going but with the electric shower and dishwasher it was not really an issue. Lyme Regis itself is lovely, it is hilly though so again with the elderly dog with us in a trailer we certainly burnt some calories pushing her up and down through the town. We would certainly plan to stay in the future, but I think that it would be better for us to go with Flat 1 as there was access to the garden which would have been much better for us and also the car parking space. We paid for a space on someone’s drive only 5 minutes walk away which was fine except for the points noted earlier on hills. Overall, a lovely weekend.
