The separate snug provides a great alternative for the children to play or when you want to sit quietly with a book. Step out of the large patio doors at the rear of the house to the enclosed garden with lawn and sunken trampoline.

With patio seating areas and furniture, you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while the children play nearby.

When it’s time for bed, head upstairs where you will find four tastefully-presented bedrooms.

Arranged over three floors, the spacious king-size bedroom is located on the second floor with an en-suite shower room and views over Charmouth towards the cliffs.

The three further bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a children’s bunk bedroom, are on the first floor together with the stylish family bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower.

The village of Charmouth has lots to offer visitors with the beaches popular with beachgoers and for water sports such as paddleboarding and kayaking.

The Heritage Coast Centre, located on the seafront, is an excellent spot to dive into the area’s rich geological history.

The nearby cliff top paths and South West Coastal footpath provide great walking for those wishing to explore the stunning Dorset coast on foot and take in Golden Cap, the highest point on the South Coast, and views towards Portland on a clear day.

The local shops and eateries are within easy walking distance and include a convenience store for your everyday essentials and Charmouth Bakery renowned locally for its fresh bread and pastries.

For times when you chose not to cook, the two popular pubs serve local food and beverages, and the fish bar and pizzeria are all great options in the village.
