What a beautiful property in which to spend our first visit to Lyme Regis!

It was magical to wake up and see the sea as we ate breakfast. It was tastefully decorated and really well equipped - we had everything for a comfortable stay. The dog loved the garden and our daughter enjoyed watering the plants each day. We hope to be back to this special house and town as soon as possible.

3 Coram Tower is a lovely apartment, comfortable, clean and a spectacular view from the lounge.

I loved sitting in the window seat with a cuppa! The treats left were very welcome, we all stocked up on those delicious biscuits before we left!

We loved our stay over Christmas at 3 Coram Tower, the apartment is well equipped, spacious, beautifully furnished and in a fantastic location.

The views over the sea are stunning and was a pleasure to wake up to each morning. The information provided about the hot water / heating was handy and easy to work out. The welcome pack was a lovely addition and although we bought cleaning items everything we did need was already there. We really hope to return as it was such a wonderful stay. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the apartment.

It was clean and well appointed and has a wonderful view of the Bay. Thank you for the " welcome pack " of goodies , which, I thought, was a particularly nice touch. We plan to return to Lyme later in the year and are hoping to stay in 3, Coram Tower again.

The accommodation was beautifully presented and very clean with a distinct feeling of “home “in its ambiance.

The view is stunning. The walk up from Lyme is challenging for older guests. It is unfortunate that we chose the coldest days of the winter so far to take our break at Lyme Regis. The heaters were not quite man enough for the job of keeping the apartment warm enough. Furthermore, we found the hot water arrangements were not very good. It took a while to get enough hot water for us all to have morning or evening showers and we found it hard to wake up to cold water in the wash basins. I think this apartment would be absolutely lovely in the summer months. Its situation on the top of the hill commands superb views of Lyme Bay and beyond.

The accommodation was magnificent and more than we had hoped for, with a fantastic view of the bay to wake up to in the mornings.

The only downside to the property was that there were no oven gloves and a more adequate freezer was required. We had to strip our beds on departure. So I am unsure why check-in is not till 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am. This takes two days of your accommodation and holiday away.

Ideal property in Lyme, big plus having parking on site.

We stayed with another couple and selected this due to having both en suite and a separate bathroom. Can't fault it, would be happy to stay there again.

Booked Coram Tower and this apartment specifically for the view, having stayed next door in Caran Cottage when it was a holiday rental. Spacious and everything we needed- only suggestion would be to provide a couple of throws in lounge to snuggle up in if cold (not an issue with our stay as the weather was amazing) and a big rug in the hallway for quietness, warmth and aesthetics. A beautiful apartment in a historic building.

very restful with the best views. A great place to work from when needed. And make sure to have a sauna and swim on the beach! The little enclosed garden is beloved by our dog. Our second time and not our last!

One of the best-appointed self-catering apartments we stay at (and return to).

The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure that our stays are everything we could possibly hope for, and Lyme Bay Holidays are super-efficient.

We have stayed in Lyme Regis many times and this property is the best and most comfortable we have had.

Spectacular views and the owners personal touches made it very special and homely. It is very well equipped and there was nothing we needed. The tap in the kitchen has a drip which needs attention but this no way spoilt our holiday. The goodies and milk were a welcome extra, thank you.

Very well appointed, comfortable and with its elevated position on the edge of town gives lovely views across Lyme Bay. The allocated parking was an absolute must for us when searching for somewhere to stay and is a benefit not to be overlooked, especially in the summer months !! A lovely property and a credit to the owners. Thank You.

Amazing view, astonishing.

Lovely light and comfortable with everything we needed. Easy to get everywhere and our dog adored the garden.

This is a beautiful apartment with a lovely view.

My only slight gripe is that the cleaners were knocking on the door at 10.03 on our day of departure. The accommodation is also very expensive, but seems to reflect the high prices in Dorset. I have stayed in apartments on many occasions and this is by far the most that I have ever paid.

We really enjoyed our break in 3 Coram Tower.

It's a great appartment in a wonderful spot, and we found almost everything as advertised or better. The kitchen is well equipped, the smart TVs + good wi-fi were much appreciated, as was the range of maps and local guide books. The only slight negative is the lack of reliable hot water - we tried to use the boost button in the boiler but it doesn't seem to do a lot! Fortunately the electric shower in the en-suite allowed us to have hot showers, so we weren't too concerned about it. We would definitely come again!

3 Coram Tower apartment was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea and Charmouth in the distance.

It was only a 8min walk to get to the shops or sea front. Perfect location. Only downside was the main shower water heating seamed a bit hit and miss, as even after putting it on the 60min “boost”, it didn’t seem to get hot after waiting 40mins. Though the second electric shower was available, so is a first world problem and didn’t really prevent us showering. We would visit and stay there again.

Our fourth stay at number 3, lovely apartment with great views and near to the centre of Lime and feels like our second home now.

One small downside this time was noise from the apartment above, sounded like they were continually moving furniture around day and night, hopefully this was just a one off.

We could not have been happier with the apartment and its facilities.

Its proximity to the town was an added bonus. We were very lucky to have 3 lovely sunny days and enjoyed the stunning views morning and evening from the sitting room window. Minor niggle was that the Sky broadband went down on a regular basis but the fault lies with Sky and not the property. We would like to make mention of Mark who works for Lyme Bay Property's who we met by chance on arrival, he was so helpful and really went out of his way to ensure that everything as easy as possible for us.

Our third time here and we love the apartment with great views, apartment is nicely decorated and is perfect for exploring Lyme.

An electric car charger point would be nice in the allocated car space, though there are chargers in the car part opposite, seven in total with 3 being fast chargers, they can be busy over the weekend.

3 Coram Tower is a well furnished and comfortable flat.

It has everything that you could need for a week long stay in Lyme Regis. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. The views across to Charmouth and beyond to Portland Bill are stunning when the weather is clear. Unlike the last reviewer we had no issues with the hot water (you can always boost the water in the tank with the push of a button or boil a kettle if it's just for a bowl of washing up water). We have stayed in other flats in Coram Tower and this one is fabulous.

Unfortunately the water was not very hot for bathing or showering throughout our stay.

It did rain for some days and water was coming in through the kitchen window alongside cold air. (Did call lyme bay holidays and they did come out to put a temporary fix on this and adjust water temp…please note water temp did not improve). Beds were uncomfortable which resulted in many wakeful nights. Because of the issues above I would not stay here again. Beautiful place beyond this…if the above was addressed it would have resulted in a very pleasant stay.

Beautifully presented flat, ideal for us 3 adults.

Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Made use of jigsaws and plentiful info on local area. Lovely sea view from lounge. Flat remained reasonably cool on hottest ever day. Quiet bedrooms at back for good nights sleep. Good location in Grade II listed building. Only downside was exhausting steep climb to & from seafront and shops.

A really lovely apartment and good facilities.

Very convenient for walking to and from town or driving out. It is great having a parking slot, very unusual for Lyme. This is not our first time staying here and will definitely book here again when coming to Lyme Regis. Also, thanks for holding our deposit over the past two and a half years during the Covid period. It was much appreciated.
