5 Coram Tower

Difficult, basically all good.

Storage space sadly lacking but it was difficult as flat/bedrrom was small. Great view of the bay. Welcome hamper was a nice touch. Super property.

5 Coram tower. It is a very tastefully decorated flat, comfortable and with great views.

Compact apartment with stunning views of the coast line .

fully equipped and comfortable. A good spot to explore from especially if your a walker it’s on top of a hill ,ten minutes walk into town .

Apartment in a building with lots of character, great view overlooking Lyme Bay, Golden Cap and beyond.

We would have preferred a bit more space in the bedroom to store luggage. Also a bit more space in the shower cubicle .

I found the bedroom extremely small however the rest of the accommodation was spacious.

At the age of 83 the climb from the town is very challenging and then when we arrived at the apartment we had 4 flights of stairs to climb. A nice welcome pack and spotlessly clean with a lovely view over the bay. If you’re younger and fit I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

The sea view from the lounge was amazing.The facilities were excellent.The apartment is in a perfect location, although it is situated on a steep hill, it is within a short stroll to the shops, beach and all other attractions. A great base to visit the surrounding area of this part of Dorset. Would really recommend a visit to Abbotsbury and Charmouth.

The flat was tastefully furnished and facilities in the main very good.

A nice view from the lounge area. The following could be better. 1.Poor quality towels 2.Lack of storage space for clothes cases etc. 3.Matress was well worn 4.A bigger saucepan would have been useful ,for cooking pasta or similar

This was so lovely Views were perfect , very clean and facilities were fab Welcome pack of local produce and milk was spot on Bed and sofas were very comfy Re clean there was 1 dirty pan and the toilet brush needs replacing but this did not spoil our stay Exceptional

A great place to stay if you’re fairly mobile and can cope with the hills and stairs when returning from the beach.

Having your own allocated parking spot is a big plus. The welcome pack on arrival is a very nice touch and full of good quality items. The view from the apartment is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are great, although we did find the tripod like clothes airer a bit impractical. We were very happy with our stay and would love to return sometime.

there was plenty of information about the holiday let and books on the surrounding area. The bay was within walking distance so we left the car at the tower most days. The hill was a bit challenging ass we are in our 70's but we managed it. We were lucky , the weather was beautiful for the time of year.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay!

We were only there for 4 nights but I couldn't fault anything! Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and a fabulous view. Yes it's on a hill but definitely worth the walk from the town. Plus the welcome gift was very much appreciated!

We have stayed in two other properties in Coram tower and this was the nicest.

Has everything you need for a stay in Lyme Regis and comes with off road parking.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coram Tower.

The Sofa and bed were very comfortable, the view from the large window was superb looking over Lyme Regis and around the coastline. We were left a generous bag of goodies too. It was great to have a parking space. We would definitely book this apartment again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely apartment.

It is clean and fresh and well maintained, a real home away from home. The view from the lounge window is fantastic, looking from the hill top right out over the harbour. The only down side is the size of the bedroom which only accommodates a double bed, with wriggle room either side. I should mention that besides being on the second floor, with only stair access, Coram Tower itself is also up a very steep hill out of the town. If you are not too fit you should be aware of this. All in all though, a lovely place for a week away.

Overall the apartment is very comfortable with a lovely view of the bay and a convenient parking space.

The only drawback is the size of the bedroom but this did nothing to detract from our stay. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We enjoyed our short break.

Our second stay in this excellent accommodation.

A couple of very minor issues from our previous visit last year had been rectified. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a short break.

The flat is very well equipped with a large and comfortable living room which has an amazing view over Lyme Regis and the bay.

Although on the second floor there are just two flights of stairs to climb - 39 steps. The only slight disappointment was the lack of space in the bedroom, despite only having a standard size double bed it's a squeeze to get around it.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment.

It was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was a bit cramped and the shower was not very powerful but it was well appointed and the views were great looking out to the sea

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, definitely worth the walk up 2 flights of stairs.

The apartment was modern, tastefully decorated with everything you needed. I forgot my hairdresser, but there was one in the drawers. The bedroom is quite small, but still had plenty of hanging space and you only sleep in it so not a problem. The pillows were not the best, but personal preference, I like my pillows a bit higher. We have a large car, but had no problem getting into the carpark and parking. Nice outside garden space. Everything was perfect. Would definitely visit again.

I've stayed here a few times.

A great apartment for 2 people to stay in - remember it's 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs), but after walking up Lyme high street, it's just a few more steps upwards! Everything you need - good shower, great kitchen (with washer dryer and dishwasher), comfy sofa and a spectacular view. If you're very tall, the bed might be a little small (I think it's a double), but it's comfy (though a slightly bigger duvet would make it more comfy for 2). I'll happily come back, and will be booking again soon.

The view is stunning. Parking is a real bonus too. We will return.

We really appreciated the lovely artwork around the apartment and of course the view from the living room is beautiful.

The views from the living room window were outstanding. The welcome pack was delightful.

We couldn’t really fault the property everything was as we expected and the view is magnificent.

The only slight problem was the washing up bowl which is too big to move easily when emptying but that is very minor! The fridge door needs oiling! All in all a wonderful property and we hope to return at some time. Thank you for the welcome goodies and the milk.

The heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working.

Unable to dry wet towels. With only one kitchen waste bin it is difficult to separate recycling from other waste, especially being on the top floor. The biodegradable bin bags - whilst being commendable - aren’t really suitable for general kitchen waste. Unfortunately they start to degrade once you put anything moist in them. We had to to a last minute cleanup when we carried the bag down to the outside bins as the contents fell out of the soggy bag. Otherwise a superb property - we will definitely come again!

Excellent accommodation and very clean.

All mod cons and very clear instructions provided for everything in the flat. Bed was not the most comfortable, but perhaps that’s because we are used to a king size.

Outside lights needed fixing, could be tricky negotiating access in dark

There are a number of stairs which we were aware of as being on the second floor, this was not a disadvantage to us and did not spoil our holiday.

Very well appointed and would certainly stay there again.

Lovely break, superb location, a great little flat in a wonderful building with fantastic views… Could just do with a larger duvet for these chillier nights.

Very clean and comfortable

Very nice flat, well presented and comfortable.

Seemed to have had a recent tasteful refurbishment. Some very nice touches, like a supply of decaf and caffeinated coffee grounds. Everything worked well, and we had a great holiday, thank you very much. Difficult to suggest improvements, but bed rather small, and live tv programmes limited, but overall, very nice indeed.

A very nice, well equipped 1 bed property with a fantastic view across the bay.

Easy access to The Cobb and Marine parade where you will find good food, drinks, shops and the lovely beach front.
