Set over three floors, this pet friendly accommodation with first floor terrace, is an idyllic base for a family or group of friends to enjoy an escape to Dorset.
Cross the threshold into your new home-from-home, brimming with characterful features, to be impressed by a well-fitted kitchen, in addition to a handy utility, hosting a superb range of appliances so you can whip up tasty dishes for the whole group; settle down at the dining table ready to tuck in as the wine is poured and conversation flows or if the weather permits, step outside into the enclosed gardens to savour an alfresco affair. Completing the ground-floor is a fabulous king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, the perfect place to unwind or indulge in some much-needed relaxation.
Ascend the staircase to the first floor and kick back in the homely sitting room to admire far-reaching views over the Golden Cap and Jurassic Coast; get lost in a good book or spend quality time with loved ones on the terrace as you take in the stunning sea views. When the evening draws to a close, choose from a further two bedrooms including a king-size on the first floor and a second-floor family room consisting of a double sofa bed and twin beds. A family shower room is located on the first floor.
For a holiday full of activities, Lyme Regis has so much to offer from the delightful Langmoor and Lister Gardens, Lyme Regis Museum or sending time on the family friendly sandy beach. Refuel at one of several pubs, restaurants and cafes that can be found close by including The Royal Standard, Swim and The Oyster and Fish House or satisfy your seaside cravings with traditional fish and chips on the seafront or famous Cobb Harbour. Further afield, journey to Seaton and partake in some water-based activities or a ride on the Seaton Tramway. Well-positioned to visit popular seaside destinations like Charmouth, Beer and Sidmouth by car, Coram Cottage is an ideal base to savour all that this popular stretch of Dorset has to offer.

We have stayed in a number of self-catering properties in Lyme, and Coram Cottage is probably our personal highest rated.
The position, accommodation and parking suited us ideally, and the garden was secure for our dog. The balcony and outside areas are lovely: great views and plenty of privacy. Foot access for the town, beach and walks is very good. Everything we needed was provided to a good standard and the bedrooms and seating were comfortable. We were glad of the multiple fans in the exceptional heat, especially in the top bedroom.
Coram cottage is a lovely house , the photos don’t do it justice !
The owners have left books and artwork all over the house which makes it feel like a home . Views are stunning , position is quiet but only short walk from town and beach . There are some great walks straight from the house . The 6 of us and the dog had a great time !!
Perfect cottage for a family holiday.
Brilliant location so close to the beach and the coastal path with proper off road parking. Loved the garden and the balcony not to mention the amazing array of books and games. Only thing was the sofa bed in the attic room was pretty uncomfortable but luckily our son was so tired from running around on the beach it didn’t stop him sleeping…
