All facilities in good working order, hot water when needed, good shower, comfortable beds.
Overall a lovely place to stay, would recommend and would stay again.

"Accurate description of the property and all to expectation."
Delightful quiet location. Attention paid to current Covid restrictions. Felt safe and satisfied with accommodation. Ideal location for many of Dorset’s attractions.

"Very good position on the out skirts of Weymouth, very quite location."
Every thing you need in the accommodation. We were contacted before our arrival and when we were there to make sure all was ok.
Good parking facilities and soft lighting at night to make it a welcoming return when returning in the dark.
Over all a very comfortable place to stay and will be coming back when we are down in Dorset again.

"This was my second visit to Budmouth and I have a third visit booked in September 2021."
I think the property is looking a little tired. The towels and tea towels plus pillows and crockery especially the mugs could do with looking at and there was a suspicious stain in the downstairs bedroom which could have come from the upstairs shower room. Having said this I would still recommend this beautiful little haven and look forward to my return again later in the year.

"Budmouth is a beautiful place, my family, plus our little dog, had the best holiday, we booked it before lockdown with 2 other families, who stayed in Bramshurst and Shepherd Oak."
We visited Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Portland Bill, Weymouth, West Bay and Chesil Beach, which were stunning, even in the wind and rain! We need to come back in sunnier weather, many thanks!

"This was our third visit in 4 years."
Lovely accommodation. The area has poor to zero 4G reception and the internet is slow and intermittent compared with where we live. Freeview is limited to basic channels. OK if you want a peaceful tech-free holiday (which is not a problem of course) but even looking up attractions or routes means going back to a paper based system of brochures and maps. You need to be prepared for that.

The upstairs bedroom is not separated from the lunge below, so noise can be a problem.

"We had a fantastic holiday at Manor Meadow Farm Cottages in the Budmouth cottage."
The cottage was really well equipped and very comfortable. We chose Budmouth for its seemingly peaceful location and we weren’t disappointed. We particularly liked the private patio area.
We would definitely recommend the cottage to family and friends and would love to one day return maybe with a group of friends to enjoy the site altogether.

"Budmouth is a lovely holiday cottage in a beautiful setting."
Had everything you needed (only thing missing we thought of was kitchen roll!) Even though attached, soundproofing excellent and could hear nothing from next cottage! Well placed between Weymouth and Dorchester. So much to see and do in the area. Would recommend to friends and family.

"Budmouth is a very nice holiday home."
It is well maintained and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Just one downside - if the weather is warm then the main bedroom upstairs gets extremely warm and can make sleeping difficult in our experience. Otherwise great location and a lovely stream just a short walk down the road where our grandchildren fished with nets every evening and had great fun!

"The cottages appeared to be new and purpose built to a very high standard."
There was ample car parking and very pleasant grounds. There were a couple of pubs and the Wey wishing well all well within 20 mins walking distance. Weymouth itself is a short car journey but we stayed off season which made quite a difference. This group of cottages is well worth considering if visiting the Weymouth area.
