Nice little holiday home , beautiful sea views.

Living area could do with an update, but overall nice stay

Excellent holiday cottage,recommend

This is our second time staying at Seaspray.

Accommodation is great, rooms are clean, it has all the basics you need for an enjoyable stay. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Broadband is a whole lot better this year with no drop outs at all. We would recommend this accommodation.

The property good, but very disappointed that there was no bread bin, first 2 days had to buy bread every day, so went out to buy one.

Also had to email Sykes to empty the wheelie bin, when got there it was full right up, no response, so sent again. Which you don’t expect to do while away. Also l think bins in wrong place, as when empty , other people putting rubbish in it, as again nearly full again And it was not from us, this might seem pretty to other folks, but there was only 2 of us, and we eat out every day.

My score would be much higher?

but the sofa is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on,a very bad set up in the main room? Should look at the at other properties on the sight they are much better set up . The bathroom's and bedrooms are very good that's why I gave you 4* it would have been 5* if main leaving room was more comfortable . The score would be much lower if the beds were uncomfortable as the sofa?

We chose this property as it had a downstairs bathroom and bedroom and a good view for my elderly mother.

It was perfect. The only thing I would say is that a hand rail on the front door would be good. We had a lovely holiday and the beds were the best we had ever slept in.

Location is brilliant.

A walkable distance from Weymouth, right on the beach. The bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are excellent but the kitchen/lounge is small and I would suggest that 4 people would struggle with the space. The kitchen is "tired" but functionable. The settee is uncomfortable and has to be moved if you want to watch TV. The patio area is a lovely suntrap with sea views but if your dog is a wanderer (fortunately mine isnt) it is not secure. With a bit of a spruce up of the kitchen/lounge I would definitely return.

Very uncomfortable furniture, not very clean , windows, window sills, dirty outside, had to move sofa or couldn't see TV.

Couldn't operate heating when required, hot water in upstairs shower only Luke warm . Beds very comfortable, pillows very good . Great position near the sea front . Just needs attention as above .

Sea Spray Cottage is small yet very well appointed throughout and is in an excellent location with great views of the sea, close to bike paths, public transport to the town Center and the legendary Oasis Cafe.

We also found it surprisingly quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for all our basic cooking needs and the host was quick to respond to one minor maintenance issue. Overall the cottage is excellent value. Thank you!

The location is excellent.

We had no trouble parking. The bedrooms and Bathrooms were large and comfortable. The living space is described as compact and it is. Had it been warm and sunny, we could have had the patio doors open and made use of the table and space outside. We were three adults and a dog which was ok for three nights in that space but we would struggle with anymore time. The seaview is fabulous. We appreciated the biscuits. Thank you. We would stay again.

It was as described so no moans or groans there, like some!

! All of the appliances where easy to operate and helped with our stay. Two showers was a plus no hanging about before going out and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great time, good location for tourists spots and beach being so close was great for our miniature schnauzer and me!! Clean, quiet, cosy and spot on for a short break...

Beautiful little holiday accommodation, my error i didn't check if it was accasable, for my mobility scooter, and it wasn't , no where to lock said scooter near to accommodation, so it went home with my daughter, I did have a rollator, but unfortunately can't walk far, I made it to the cafe once, dispite no scooter I had a nice break ,and was able to sit in the back garden , we did move the sofa and chair for ease of watching TV, but all put back as requested.

.... nice clean home....... you do however need to sort the airlock in the downstairs loo, with each flush that must be annoying for the neighbour .x

The location of sea spray was really nice , near to the beautiful blue flag beach in Weymouth, with only a short walk to the beach and lovely views out over the sea both in the day, and in the evening.

It was a lovely to see he harbour lights and boats lit up out at sea in the evening. The property has access to a good and regular bus service which saved on parking charges, and near to a local shop/post office. . Our only reservation with Sea Spray was that the living accommodation was, as described in the literature, compact. We found the kitchen diner/living space almost to snug for our needs because we could not comfortably move around the living space if the folding dining table fully extended and dining chairs around the table We sorted this by only half extending the table and then folding and putting away chairs after mealtimes which worked for the two of us. It is a functional property in a wonderful location with protected parking for 1 vehicle and useful outside shared courtyard where we could sit out and look out over the beach. Could not give it 5 stars because of the compact living space so not perfect in our eyes but very nice

Location excellent we had a lovely holiday.

The only downfall of this accommodation was the sitting in the living room. You could not get comfortable to watch TV or to watch outside. And the arrangement for the bin was very poor Bin was full at the door. don’t know how you would get the bin around to the front door needs to be sorted. I don’t know if your cleaners do the patio window but needs a very good wash. bedding beds very very comfortable.

Very well situated, sea views, spotless, nicely decorated and equipped and with allocated parking and easy access to the beach (dogs allowed) As a couple, we just about managed in the living area but we ate from trays rather than fill what little space there is by pulling out the gate leg table.

Four people would be a tight squeeze. It isn’t made clear that the patio area is unfenced, our elderly dog wasn’t a problem but anyone with a more adventurous dog might find it unsuitable. We really enjoyed exploring the area-it’s a lovely walk along the promenade into Weymouth, and there are plenty of places to explore in the area.
