    . great position for town and seafront, clean and comfortable with great facilities. Only issue we had was with bathroom sink and shower which drained more and more slowly as the week went on.. otherwise would have been 5 stars.

    There's a great shower and the beds are comfy. Very good location to walk into the town and having the parking spot was super. Beautiful scenery, we will be back.

  • "This was our second stay at the property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time."

    Next year we'll take a fan as it was a heatwave when we were there but it was nice having the outside space. Will definitely book again.

  • "We had a lovely week at 2 Coppers Knapp."

    The house was clean, comfortable and had everything in it we needed. The parking space was a bonus as was the outside space. The house was in a brilliant position for the beach and town centre and we will definitely be booking again.

  • "A nice clean spacious property, excellent location for the town and beach, so much so, that you do not need to use the car."

    Improvements that could be made is a fan or two as the property gets extremely hot and also summer duvets on the firm beds.

  • "Nice property in good location."

    Couple of issues. No welcome pack. It would be nice to have some milk and tea bags on arrival after long drive down. It does not take to much effort to do this. Also we had problems with a bedroom window that was open but we could not be shut as handle was stuck and bathroom sink plug broken. These problems should have been sorted before we arrived. Overall happy with property but would not book again because of the two problems.

  • "We had a lovely stay here."

    Really comfortable modern house for our family of 4. Great location quick to walk all around Lyme regis and to the beaches. We didn't use our car at all there was so much to do nearby. Off road parking was much appreciated.

  • "We chose 2 Coppers Knapp due to being so close to the centre of Lyme Regis and able to park my car off road (plenty of room for a large car)."

    It had a high level of decent fixtures and fittings, carpet throughout and settees seemed to be new and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We could not expect any more. A great holiday home. One niggle that might affect is the extremely bright LED floodlight on the hall across the road. It was turned on when we were there and it shines right through he front bedroom window. I was told that it was due to have a timer fitted to turn off a 11 pm. This window needs to have an additional blackout blind (or solid louvres as elsewhere) in addition to the current curtains.to reduce the effect of this light. This is not the owner's fault, but hopefully they can sort this out. Other than that, very highly recommended.

  • "Enjoyed our stay."

    Really clean. Everything you could need. Bit confused about what to put in the bin as it said in the instructions to put recycling inside as well as rubbish. However, on underside of lid advised no bottles, plastic bottles or cans but to put them in box provided. There was no box so we put our recycling on top of bagged rubbish and it was taken away. Bed extremely firm. Would have appreciated a fan in bedroom as the week we stayed temperatures were nearly 30 degrees. The TV only had a few main channels. Would have welcomed a few teabags and a small bottle of milk on arrival after a 6 hour drive. Otherwise despite what I hope is constructive criticism, the property was in the main very good.

    Apologies if the rubbish collection instructions were confusing. The property has a commercial collection and the rubbish is separated out at the depot. Unfortunately this property does not provide a welcome hamper. The Lyme Bay Team Property Owner

  • "This is our second time at number 2."

    Our 3rd stay at Coppers Knapp and our fourth with Lyme Bay Holidays. That says a lot This house is perfect for us. In terms of location it is near enough town for you not to be put off with a climb back up a hill but far enough to enjoy a stroll in. The house is very clean and modern. Has a great shower and fluffy soft towels. Good internet too The bed is a bit firm for me but for someone else that would be perfect. We will always return to this house when visiting Lyme.

  • "Great property in fantastic location just a short walk from centre of Lyme Regis and beach."

    Perfect holiday home for family of four. Nice decor, felt homely, nice to have outside space too. Ticked all the boxes. Didn’t use the car all week! Great it has driveway too for parking. Our two daughters really enjoyed our stay there too. We hope to return.

    Really well equipped and extremely comfortable beds after a hard day at the beach. Really good location - close enough to walk to the beach but easy to drive out to other areas (without having to negotiate the tiny roads within Lyme Regis). Would definitely recommend

    Next door last year. And our third with lymebayholidays. We would 100% stay in this property again. Beautifully clean , modern, nice and close to centre , without being too far up a hill and with everything we needed.
