  • "Fantastic location and a privilege to be able to stay on Sandbanks at a reasonable cost."

Bedrooms comfortable and bathroom a decent size with bath and a shower. Had a great holiday and would definitely return in the future. Ps. Need a new kettle as existing is badly scaled. Sofa is not very comfortable.

  • "Unfortunately this property was extremely disappointing."

Didn’t seem like it had been cleaned ready for guests - filthy rug in living room, dead insects in main light fitting of lounge, cobwebs and spiders, paint stains in bath obviously from decorating, dirty fridge, dirty toilet, all in all felt grubby! Bedrooms were clean and comfortable but main living area not and towels were thin and need updating. Seating not suitable for lounging in. We are ex-owners of a Sandbanks property and sadly this property is not what you would expect for the area. Will not be re-booking.

Thank you for your feedback. Your booking was our first guest booking with Sykes. We are sorry that your experience was not what you'd expect and overall sounded grim, especially as we weren't able to fully sort it all out whilst you were there. We have now put in place significant changes to the flat's cleaning regime to make sure that incidents such as these don't happen again. Thanks, David Property Owner
