  • "First of all, the cottage is in such a beautiful location."

It was so clean with plenty of space and the garden was pretty with nice outdoor seating area. It had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend to our friends

    Dr Selva SelvarajMay 2024

  • "A really lovely property in a great spot."

Comfortable and spacious. Easy access to Weymouth and surrounding area. Would happily visit again.

    Mrs Julie WaggeMay 2024

  • "Just spent 5 nights in this very clean and well equipped holiday let, website photos give you some idea of the standard but walking through the front door really put a smile on our faces."

Great rural location for exploring Weymouth and the surrounding area. Easy check in and out, and all communication straight forward, would definitely return again!

    Mr Andy ShearmanMay 2024

  • "We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at Durbyfield."

The only thing that would have made it more perfect is to have a little more cutlery, we found we had to keep hand washing pieces every meal time that we are in the cottage.

    Mr Graham HaywardNov 2023

  • "Really loved our stay at Durbyfield, it was the best place to wind down and relax."

We just would have loved if there were fans available for use in the bedrooms as it was very warm.

    Mr Khalid MajidOct 2023

  • "The cottage was excellent, clean and spacious."

The main difficulty I encountered was obtaining the code to access the key. The reception was poor for my mobile phone and it took 3 calls to the owner to give me the necessary code. I only obtained the owners number from some people who had arrived at another cottage, otherwise i would have had to return home with my 4 grandchildren. This was a stressful start, which with a little more thought could have been avoided.

    Mrs Ann ThornberApr 2023

  • "We enjoyed our stay here, the photos do not do the property justice in that they don't show the generous room sizes, the spacious hallway etc."

I don't think the description mentions being adjacent to an equestrian centre which we felt was a bonus, especially if guests have young children.
