  • "Really lovely stay and perfect location for getting to the harbour and beach within minute Very simple to get to and managed to park our car for the whole week free of charge."

    The only issue we had was no high chairs and no option to rent them which really caused a faff with our 9 month old twins for feeding time! Maybe one in the cupboard would be useful. Other than that a really lovely home to visit Weymouth!

  • "Lovely cottage."

    Perfect location for town centre and quayside. Very clean and good value for money. Some fittings slightly worn, hence to 4* overall. Would definitely stay here again.

    Lovely cottage would use again perfect spot for the town, is quiet considering being close to town we were lucky only had to pay for parking for 3 hrs on our stay, can imagine high season when busy you might need to factor more and the extra cost into your stay, having the carpark close as back up to the outside parking is great

  • "Dreadful. Dirty, poorly maintained ( plaster coming off wall) extension leads everywhere ( fire and trip hazards) received a partial refund."

    Not enough. Never again

    I just have to accept that you did not like my property. Redecorated top to toe, completely rewired, all new plumbing, new bathrooms, kitchen. Mostly all new furniture, new appliances. As fast as things are damaged we repair or make safe until can be replaced. I will ask the cleaners to be even more diligent. Judy Property Owner

  • "The property was nice and clean the kitchen was well equipped."

    Close to harbour and town. However it was disappointing not to have a manual with internet access, this was resolved by contacting the owner. It was also disappointing not to have basic TV channels, even after they sent someone to sort it. There was Disney and Netflix but no sign in details, we started to watch a series on Netflix, but then couldn't get on to it as it said the TV wasn't signed in.

    I’m afraid that despite doing everything I can re the television, it is still fluky. I am told this is typical of Weymouth. However, the WiFi is efficient so long as access is available! I have complained about this and hopefully it is now sorted. I have now re- programmed the television - I do hope it is not changed again. I suspect people sort to suit themselves. It’s now working well. Property Owner

  • "Ideally located to walk into town or the Harbour area (3-4 min walk)."

    The house was very clean and tidy, all linen and towels provided and were lovely and fresh. The staircases are quite steep and tall for anyone with mobility issues and stairs are wooden so dogs may struggle if they are used to sleeping upstairs (ours had to sleep downstairs as tried the stairs and got scared lol! When leaving the property either towards harbour (lower level) or walk up the hill there are two grass areas for pets to have a relief break. Pub opposite good for drink of an evening before heading into Harbour area. Parking we were lucky enough to get parked outside but there is a good size car park metres away by the pub at the end of the road, get the app and its very reasonable to pay and park there. All in all we would 100% stay here again and loved the house!

  • "Fabulous cottage with everything needed for our long weekend trip."

    Well equipped kitchen, and very comfy bed. Perfect location in the heart of Weymouth harbour, a short walk to Weymouth beach and town. Plenty of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Bit of noise from the two pubs either end of the road but overall a perfect place to enjoy all of what Weymouth and the surrounding area has to offer. Would definitely recommend, thank you. Ps… A must visit is the Crab House Cafe, Portland Road… Oyster farm on site which were amazing!

  • "The house was in a good location with the beach a twenty minute walk away."

    The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The courtyard was small and we felt it needed some TLC. The stairs are steep so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The street can be noisy and parking a bit hit and miss. There are no doors downstairs so no enclosed area for the dog to sleep. Luckily she didn't climb the stairs. The holiday company was helpful.

  • "Great position, interesting property, every facility we needed, comfortable beds, warm, light and cosy."

    Loved the stair lights! We didn't find the microwave in the understairs cupboard until we were leaving, and we couldn't work out how to operate the hob, but we had a great time and would stay again.

  • "Great location easy walk into town centre."

    House was as described and very well equipped although stairs would not be suitable for elderly or people with limited physical ability. Parking was very hit and miss on the street, but car park was close by. Could maybe do with a little maintenance in courtyard before the summer and a bin for the rubbish to be stored. Overall very good stay. Office very helpful when we needed them. Would return again when visiting weouth.

I intend going down to put some more plants in the courtyard ready for the Spring - I did stay in the house immediately after your visit and swept out the yard and attended to one or two other niggles. I am not sure about a rubbish bin at the back as there are some good bins in the car park, very close. I also sorted the window blinds which seem to be a worry. We will constantly try to improve.   • "The house itself was perfect."

    The only thing we’d like to suggest is having a door latch on the bedroom would have been good to stop the dogs from coming up. Also it would have been nice to have a prettier courtyard but apart from that, we loved it there. Fantastic location, lovely facilities. Very comfy bed and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely use it again for sure.

    It was a lovely place we are thinking of booking again the only problem for me was the stairs I feel they could do with another hand rail up onto right hand side going up and around to landing because it didn’t feel safe but apart from it was amazing

  • "Lovely home, all facilities provided."

    Nicely decorated. Tea & coffee packets with biscuits made a warm welcome. All cleaning materials provided. Very loud with passers by but no traffic. Shower on top floor scalding. Blind cord in living room tricky to open/close. Close to beach, harbour and town. Bedrooms comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay. TV needs you to log into your own channel accounts which we didn’t do but access to Channels was frustrating. Weather always impacts a trip but obviously out of everyone’s control.
