Lovely spacious well appointed apartment in a great location with stunning views of the harbour.

Welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits was a great touch. We will be back ! Support from dream cottages team was also great, ie extra pillows etc

Lovely flat, clean well equipped.

Its in a great position on the harbour. Great views and immediate access to bars and restaurants. Really nice place to stay and even though it is busy during the day, it's quiet at night.

First time of staying in this property and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Location was great with brilliant views into the harbour area from the lounge windows. Property was well furnished and had everything we wanted. The welcome pack was probably the best we have ever had so well done to the owners. Met the owner Lee and told him how great the apartment was and told him we will definetely be re-booking in the future

What a wonderful property in a great location.

I think this was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at. Only thing that might put people with mobility issues is the stairs up to the property especially when carrying case.

Very nice apartment with excellent views over the harbour.

All the facilities were available although we didn’t see the need for a dishwasher given it was only for 2 people. It was good to have a washing machine, perhaps instead of supplying just dishwasher tablets it would be nice to have a pod for the washing machine. Very nice welcome pack and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone

Embassy is a fantastic apartment with a perfect view of the harbour and plenty of quality food and drink establishments just a short walk away.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect for a relaxing break for a couple like us. We met the owner while we were there and we're very impressed with his plans for the whole property. We will definitely be back again!

Nice clean flat with lovely views ,close to all amenities,enjoyed our stay,only grumble is the hand held Hoover not good for all that carpet could do with long handled Hoover ,but loved our stay and will be booking again .

Everything was wonderful - access details were accurate, a hamper on arrival and fantastic Christmas decorations.

This accommodation is well presented and very comfortable.

The views are of the harbour, so always interesting to sit in the window with a cup of tea! A very short walk from town and all the amenities you'd want, and Nothe Fort is 10 minutes walk and a very worthwhile visit for the views and the history. This week has been a super friendly experience and everything you could ask for. Parking (out of season) was fine.

The apartment is accessible by stairs so a reasonable amount of mobility is required. Comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly require during your stay. Definitely recommend a stay at the Embassy.

It's light and airy. The views are fantastic over the harbour. It's very well equipped and very clean. The owner promptly sorted out a problem I had with a misunderstanding about the keys. I would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Weymouth.

Apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. In a great location, we loved watching the activity of the Harbour especially first thing in the morning. Our friends live very nearby so overall a perfect break for us!

Beautiful property and spotlessly clean with stunning views of the outer harbour and out to sea.

The following aren't criticisms and I would definitely stay here again due to the perfect location and cleanliness, but the property lacks the homely feel, no books or games etc and I wish we were prewarned about the scaffolding or the workman that would keep popping up at our second floor windows. Bathroom window could do with some frosting as it's very overlooked at the back of the property and the toilet is right next to the window (we had the blind down for the entire week), I understand it's a historic property but even some of the sticky fablon stuff would help and last but not least, definitely from my partner's point of view, if you are over about 5ft10" remember at all times that the doorways are short! My 6ft4" fella kept banging his noggin and at one point nearly knocked himself unconscious.

We have just returned from 3 days at embassy apartment overlooking the Weymouth harbour.

It was clean comfortable and quiet with fabulous views looking over the harbour. The parking permit left in the property was excellent as we managed to find a space right outside Infront so we left it there for the 3 days and enjoyed the easy short walks around the area where you find attractions restaurants and shops. The lovely welcome pack and pint of milk left for us made it easy for us to settle in. We would certainly visit again. Liz

A cosy single bed flat with a view over the harbour entrance, the welcome pack is a good idea and a nice touch upon your arrival.

This was our second stay in this property, and once again, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a fantastic week in glorious Dorset.

We love everything about Embassy and hope to return later this year. A minor issue, which was quickly resolved, could have been avoided if the master switch for the water heater had been labelled (and not hiding behind the bread bin!). Whilst not a problem, there were only 3 knives and 3 dessert spoons whereas there were 4 of all other cutlery items!

We had a fabulous time at the Embassy, it felt like a home away from home.

Thank you for the welcome hamper and the pint of milk, very much appreciated. Perfect for 2 people to have a relaxing holiday with all amenities within walking distance.

Lovely apartment with great views down the river and an easy walk to town and beach.

A couple of good pubs nearby. It was spotless and bed was very comfy. Great equipment, etc, in the kitchen. Nicely furnished throughout too. Smashing welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was appreciated. Permit parking not too much of a problem (but might be more difficult in summer season). We had a lovely stay and the Christmas trimmings were very nice!

Beautiful apartment, lovely and warm for a November stay.

I loved lying in bed at night with the blind slightly up watching the reflections of the lights in the harbour water and in the morning watching the boats go out. The apartment was so quiet and peaceful in beautiful part of Weymouth.

The property was lovely and clean.

Well equipped. Amazing views. Very well positioned surrounded by eateries so we didn't have to cook at all. The only downside were the builders in the building who were quite loud one morning.

Would have got 10 if the tap water was hotter.

We had to boil the kettle everytime to wash up/shave etc. Parking permit available if you can find a space . Use "Just park" app to park in Asda. £12 for the week. Perfect location.

Absolutely love flat with the perfect view of the harbour!

We loved siting by the windows just watching the boats go by, especially the Lifeboat. Located in such a convenient place for late evening walks round the harbour. Would definitely return again! Only 2 things that could be slightly improved: 1. More plates and cutlery - having to eat in the flat every night due to food allergies meant we were having to put the dishwasher on half empty which felt like a waste of water and electricity. 2. The shower drain needs a good clean, halfway through the week the smell from the shower drain was so moldy and overpowering it made us feel sick, so had to leave the window open permanently to dull down the smell. Just to note, the wall lights in the lounge stopped working half way through the week too. Other than that we really did love the flat. Thank you so much!

The apartment is of a high standard, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped for those who may want to eat in and very close to all types of places to eat for those who don't. we have now stayed there on four occasions.

We loved watching the coming and going of the various boats. The apartment was clean, well equipped and maintained. Bed very comfortable- always a big plus.

With us being regular visitors to Weymouth we sometimes struggle to find a one bedroom apartment, this apartment was great it was very clean and comfortable and in a great location on the harbourside and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.

We will definitely be staying here again.

Had a great week staying in Embassy.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Close to all amenities including Old Rooms pub, Londis Harbour Store and Nothe Gardens with an easy walk over Town Bridge to the town centre and beach. Will stay here again, hopefully next year. Whilst a parking permit would be a bonus, we had no trouble parking across the road for unloading and loading and managed to park our car on a nearby street for the whole week and use public transport to visit Portland, Dorchester and Poole.

A comfortable flat overlooking the harbour and well placed to enjoy the amenities that the harbour side has to offer, the welcome pack and pint of milk was a much appreciated addition as well.

We didnt originally book the Embassy for our long weekend.

However, on arriving at our original booking (Cools Farm) I refused to stay there as it was dirty and smelt terrible. A quick phone call to Sykes and we were booked in the Embassy in Weymouth for the weekend. The accomodation was comfortable and most importantly it was clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catering break. It also provided cleaning equipment. Big shower room. The views are amazing. The only down side is for anyone who has mobility issues as there is no lift and you need to be able to walk a couple of flights of stairs. We will definately book again.

We had a lovely time, the apartment was comfortable, cosy and well located.

We loved the view from the lounge and bedroom. Guests should be told about the Asda car park which is far cheaper than the Nothe car park. £12.34 for 7 days, and only 8 minutes walk. Also Asda car park can be booked online. As a dishwasher is available it would be economical and practical to have more crockery and cutlery as there’s only 4 items of each.

A very comfortable flat in a prime position overlooking the harbour in Weymouth.

The flat was furnished and equipped to a very good standard. The provision of a high quality hamper from the Happy Hamper Company was also very welcome. We were also very pleased with the excellent response received from both the owner and managing agents to a small issue we had. The flat is on the 2nd floor - anyone with mobility issues may find access challenging. However, we would recommend the property as a base to explore Weymouth and Dorset.

An outstanding apartment in a perfect location.

A great base for days out in the local area and a relaxing evening in. Great pubs and good takeaways on the doorstep. I would recommend having the JustPark app on your phone as nearly all the car parks use it. The welcome hamper and bottle of milk in the fridge was much appreciated. We had a lovely weeks break and enjoyed it so much we are going to book another stay.

Everything was good Great location, all level, plenty of shops and restaurants to eat in. We have enjoyed our stay here very much.

The location is perfect and central, the view is fantastic, the apartment is large and has everything you need. It is furnished with love. Nothing was missing for us and we felt very comfortable. On the last day we even met the owners. A very sympathetic couple! If you are looking for a vacation rental in Weymouth, this is a perfect option.

Would recommend parking at Nothe Fort car park due to location and cost. We will definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a week in the Embassy apartment in "Harbour House" and the standard of decor was amazing.

The owner of this beautiful Georgian listed building had spared no expense on the decoration and it was totally gorgeous throughout. Our only small issue in the booking of this holiday was via the live chat on the Dream Cottages website. When we asked if there was a parking permit for this property, we were advised that there was, when in fact there is not one at all and we incurred a parking fee of £40 for the week. After a certain amount of time, it would appear that these messages disappear and when querying the permit with the office in Weymouth, we were unable to prove the error to staff. So my advice to customers is always screenshot your messages.

Embassy is all you could wish for.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Very well furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is on the doorstep. Convenience store and pub close by. The icing on the cake is the view of the harbour, wonderful. Have already rebooked for September!

Just had a fabulous week at the Embassy.

The apartment provides everything you need for a stress free holiday. The apartment is spotless and the furniture through out is very comfortable. The icing on the cake are the superb views from the window. It’s easy to idle away an hour or two just watching the harbour activity. Weymouth itself has lots to offer and I would most definitely recommend both Weymouth and The Embassy. Just to say thanks for the lovely hamper from the Dorset Happy Hamper.

The property "Embassy" was perfect.

Clean and comfortable, stylish decor and everything you need for a restful break. The views over the harbour and out to sea were superb both to sit with a night cap and wake up to. Met Lee, the owner, who was very friendly and valued our feedback. Will definitely be back, 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped, comfortable and very quiet, even though we were right on the harbour. The views from the lounge and bedroom windows were amazing and we loved watching all the boat activity each day. We also enjoyed lots of lovely walks nearby and along the beach not far away. We really appreciated the Dorset Happy Hamper left for us on arrival and the pint of milk in the fridge. Thankyou.

We stayed at the embassy flat last week, when we arrived we met Lee the owner and what a top guy he is nothing was to much trouble for him and we loved hearing about the history of the house the flat is beautiful and the decor done by Lee's wife Madeleine is done to the highest quality.

The bathroom with its walk in shower was amazing. The kitchen with every appliances that you would need and everything easy to use Madeleine left a folder which had everything you needed to know from for using all the appliances and using the the WiFi and codes, a nice surprise was a hamper which included coffee tea biscuits a large bar of delicious chocolate and a jar of jam
