"Beautiful little home, secure garden is a bonus and thoughtful as our little lady loves exploring outside (new toys were discovered left from previous paw friends) off road parking was fab in the area."

All through out has a beautiful home from home feeling, all essentials were covered and most things were in place if you had forgotten (I.e dog bowls/ treats) decoration was lovely and homely with a little quirkiness which we loved. With a short walk to and from both Weymouth main town/ beach and castle cove of 10mins it’s ideally located. We will definitely look at staying again and would recommend to family/ friends- already have

Thank you so much for your review, we are so pleased that you loved The Nook, and hope to welcome you again. Property Owner

"We've had a lovely time at The Nook."

We are grandma, grandad, a 3 year old and a 7 year old, and 2 mini long haired Dachsunds. So having a secure garden was essential. Access to the secure garden for us all through patio doors off the lounge was perfect. A very big plus was having an off road parking space. The kitchen was great, with everything you would need, plus extras like dog bowls, treats, and toys. A noticeboard with suggestions of where to visit and an Information Book. As well as a bath/shower room upstairs, having a downstairs toilet was a bonus. Comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms. Generous lounge/diner, plus Freeview tv, a bonus for kiddies tv and evening films for us plus games and books. A very short walk to a kebab/fish and chip shop, cafe, and small supermarket. As well as an activity park and a pub. About a 10 minute stroll down to the main shopping centre, harbour and beaches. So walking back up was more of a challenge, but it was worth it. You can drive down, we saw various parking areas, but we enjoyed the challenge. We all throughly enjoyed our holiday at The Nook, and we're already looking at dates for our next visit.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. We are delighted you had such a good time. We also have a Dachshund at the head of our family so understand the importance of a secure garden and dog treats :) We look forward to you all visiting again. Property Owner

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Nook!"

The owner was incredibly accommodating, as we encountered delays with our air travels getting to the UK. The Nook was perfect for our family, two young kids ages 3 & 5. The outdoor space was lovely, the convenience of a spot to park the car, and the proximity to Weymouth waterfront area was amazing! We would definitely recommend this cottage to stay, it was a great space, clean and all we needed for our stay!

We are so pleased that you loved your time at the Nook. Thank you so much for your lovely review and recommendation, we hope you can make a return visit to us one day! Property Owner

"The property is well decorated, has good bedding, quality towels and crockery."

It is very clean, has a pretty little garden which is also very clean and tidy. The property has off-street parking, which is a must in the area. About a 5-10 min walk to the marina, with all the shops, pubs and restaurants.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at The Nook and hope to welcome you back sometime. Property Owner

    "We had a lovely stay."

Fantastic base for Weymouth. Once parked we didn’t drive again as could walk everywhere from property. Great for our two Labrador dogs. Lovely little tranquil garden Highlight in listing that parking shared with neighbour and to leave room. Also highlight you have hairdryer and hoover in property. Plus only stones throw from a convenience store, cafe and takeaways. Need bin upstairs in bathroom. Tv had no bbc channels and WiFi password on property folder not correct Recommend a full length mirror somewhere in property. Mirror above dressing table set too high.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you had a lovely stay. Apologies that you had trouble receiving BBC channels. We have resolved this issue, and also checked that iplayer is available. The WiFi password has been updated in the guest book. We have ordered additional signage for parking to clarify the dedicated parking space, and installed a full length mirror (essential we agree!). Thanks again and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. "Wi-Fi password wrong, had to take it off of the router."

A slip mat for the shower / bath would be very helpful has it is very slippery, also food waste bin should have a bin liner provided.

Thank you for providing feedback. We have updated the wifi passport in the guest information pack and added a non slip bath mat. We are sorry the food waste bin did not have a liner, there was a supply in the cupboard but will ensure they are placed in the bin going forwards. Property Owner
