The property

Beautiful Grade II listed early Victorian property located at the entrance to a Jacobean Manor house within a wonderful village of Warmwell which is a few miles from Dorchester, a busy county town in Dorset. With stylish decorations throughout and antiques, designer fabrics blending to contemporary interior including well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, this cottage is a delightful holiday home for families or couples. Get warm by a cosy log-burner and sit in the lounge in winter months or in summer you can enjoy eating in the garden with birds singing in the sunshine.

The local horses are a nice relaxing view as they happily graze in the adjoining field. Sympathetic colour scheme has been added throughout the interior of the bedrooms along with original features such as mullion windows, bread oven and beams. The village of Warmwell has stunning countryside views and a few charming properties with character worth your attention.

The village includes a delightful XIII century church, Manor House to access several footpaths criss-crossing the estate. Locally you have a choice of options.

The Wise Man at West Stafford, The New Inn in West Knighton, The Sailors Return in East Chaldon all serving delicious food.

If you wish to eat close to the sea, try The Smugglers Inn in Osmington Mills with a rocky beach close-by.

You can take a walk to Ringstead beach along the coastal path too. If you in athe area, why not to visit Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, one of the most popular sightseeing places in Dorset.

You can’t find a better place to have a picnic or bask in the sun, or have a swim surrounded by all the beauty. Visitors with children enjoy going to famous Monkey World, The Tank Museum and Farmer Palmer’s farm.
