"Visited first week in September."
A lovely bright flat, even nicer than in the photographs on the website. Great views of the sea and all the activities on the esplanade. Buzzy in the day but nice and quiet at night. Very central with good access to both beach and harbour. M&S and Tesco close by. Secure private parking a great advantage. Local coastal walking, NT at Kingston Lacey, Blandford. Meals out especially, les Enfants Terribles, and further afield, Three Horseshoes at Burton Bradstock and Yalbury Cottage near Dorchester.

"Overall this was a beautiful apartment."
Very modern. All the facilities you would need and of course superbly located with a stunning view over Weymouth beach. A private and secure parking space was also a massive bonus for such a centrally located property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of small issues with cleanliness and maintenance which I have emailed about so hopefully these will be sorted for future guests. Would definitely recommend.

"A superb property."
The location couldn't be better, right on the seafront with a great view of the coastline and harbour and very close to cafes,bars and the shops. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is tastefully and stylishly decorated and furnished throughout. It is a very well appointed apartment with everything you need and could wish for. The fluffy white towels and pristine white cotton sheets give a feel of luxury. The secure parking compound is a real bonus and the welcome pack and milk a nice touch.
We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and this one is by far the best. Highly recommended.

"3@36 is a fantastic place to stay."
The location couldn't be better, literally on the promenade, and has the addition of offstreet parking. The apartment was clean and very well equipt.
Across road from buses to Portland or a short walk to the train station for a 9 minute ride into Dorchester. Having said that, plenty to do and see in Weymouth itself.
Would highly recommend the property and certainly, if visiting Weymouth, would book again.

"Excellent location right on the seafront and a very beautiful, well appointed apartment."
The place was so clean and comfortable. The milk and welcome hamper was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful relaxing week. We'll be back!!

"Beautiful views of Weymouth sea front, a very comfortable, well-equipped and nicely furnished second-floor apartment."
The owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel exceptionally welcome with a goodie hamper and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge.
A couple of points to note to make your stay even more perfect:
The apartment has generous gas central heating so is generally lovely and warm but just in the colder months, (we stayed in March), the sea breeze still comes in through the beautiful sash windows in the sitting room, so for those of you who feel the cold, make sure you have something warm to put on if sitting watching tv in the evenings.
Also, we bought some tea towels to use as the one provided shed it’s red fabric onto the crockery. Note, there is plenty of lovely crockery, cutlery, glasses and good pans and there is a dishwasher too!
Finally, we eventually found the loo rolls in a bag with the apartment address lion it in the bedroom but not until we’d been out to buy some. They need to be in the bathroom! The rest of the welcome was SO good that we didn’t mind this housekeeping oversight.
Apart from these minor issues, which were very easily solved, we had an excellent stay and would certainly want to stay here again, even in the colder months!

We were a little surprised by your comment on the draft coming though the windows. All the windows were totally refurbished during renovation, with new brushes and draft proofing, and we had not noticed any drafts, but we will certainly look at this and have it seen to if needed. "The accommodation was amazing, really high standard and attention to detail for all requirements."
Location was superb, I will never tire of the view from the bay window to have a morning coffee.
The details for check in and out was very clear and the parking space was an added bonus. It could be a little noisy in the front bedroom until quite late at night but the benefits definitely outweigh this.
I would not hesitate in booking again with Sykes or at this property.

So glad that you found that check in and out were clear. Yes the private parking space is a real bonus for guests, as trying to find on street parking in the height of the season is so difficult, and local car parking charges have now got so expensive. Unfortunately the 4.00 o'clock check in is out of our control, and is usual for self catering property, allowing the house keeping team time to clean and prepare the apartment for new guests.

"We are regular visitors to Weymouth and have stayed in many of the area's holiday accommodation."
We can safely say that Three@36 is the best.
Aside from it's excellent location (an unrivalled view of the bay), we really appreciated the little details that are so often overlooked such as the well stocked cutlery/utensils. The welcome hamper was also a lovely touch.
Three@36 was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped plus the private car parking was a huge bonus also.
We would certainly return.

The view over the bay is superb, with its ever changing scenery. So glad you appreciated all the little extras that are there. The welcome hampers are from a new company "Dorset Happy Hampers" who source locally produced products, and provide milk in a bottle!! We are pleased to be working with them. The private parking, behind an electrically operated roller shutter, is an added bonus, and means you never have to worry about parking. We certainly look forward to welcoming you back to No 36.
