The spacious paddock has a small orchard area adjoining the patio with a further area of lawn at the rear of the cottage.

At the front, the gravel drive with a 5 bar gate, leads from the lane to the two parking spaces.

Whitchurch Canonicorum is a picturesque village adorned with traditional thatched cottages and farm buildings.
