  • "Lovely cottage and surrounding areas Ideal central point to visit Rye, Tunbridge wells, Canterbury etc."

. Well maintained and could tell it was a new property Beds were comfy. Well presented house throughout. Welcomed the tea and coffee - thank you. Would have been nice to have some board games, books available. The only draw down was when arriving we were not sure if there had been pets in the house as we could smell pet odour which didn’t leave the house all week- despite us using air freshener. This was quite off putting as the booking policy states no pets.

  • "From the moment of booking, the service was excellent."

The cottage was perfect. Absolutely immaculate. Could not fault whatsoever. Location good. Able to walk round reed beds and enjoy nature. Could walk into Rye itself (long walk to actually get into town), but found it best to drive past the industrial part and park in layby nearer to the town itself, but not in it. Rye itself is lovely and so much to see. Will happily return to cottage and town.

  • "The cottage is in a great location, allowing superb walks without having to drive."

The cottage was in wonderful condition. The bedrooms are 'snug' with double beds. Overall we were delighted with all aspects.

  • "Lovely cottage in a special location."

Beautifully quiet. All mod cons. Good walks. Bus to Rye. Pub, shop, cafe and nature reserve centre all in easy walking distance.
