  • "We were so comfy at Pippin Cottage, it was warm, spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable."

The outlook over the farm land was peaceful and relaxing, watching the farm vehicles go back and forth was a really nice touch, although they weren't noisy, just imagine what jobs they were going out to do kept us amused, and Mole came to for a stroke when he saw us outside. Carol and Robert were so helpful and there in a moment if we needed them. The welcome gifts were well appreciated. We would definitely go back to Pippin again if we were in the area

Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased you enjoyed you stay. Thanks Robert & Carol (and Mole) Property Owner

  • "We have just spent a lovely few days at Pipin Cottage."

The property is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The underfloor heating kept us cosy and warm and the bed is sooo comfortable. It is located on a farm (all very quiet and peaceful) and the owners, Carol and Robert, are on hand if you need anything. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I can highly recommend. Thank you Carol and Robert.

  • "Property was so cosy and comfortable."

I cannot fault it at all. We had the most relaxing weekend and actually couldn’t wait to get back at end of day! The bed was so comfy. One little thing that would be helpful is a little shelf in the shower for soaps, shampoo etc. Carol and Robert were lovely and welcoming. They left some cake, fruit and milk which was kind and appreciated. Would happily go back again. The standard of the cottage was very high. We loved it!

  • "This is a lovely little chalet style accommodation."

Very clean and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful, greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick guided tour of the property. There was a welcome pack consisting of Milk, cake, apple juice, biscuits and fruit which was most welcome. The bed is probably the best we've slept in on any holiday we've had. The shower room shower was also of very good quality. All in all we had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend.

  • "We were very impressed with the standard of facilities, the spaciousneess, and comfort and the warmth of welcome."

We had not expected the tea, coffee, fruitbowl etc and everything we could want was there. St Osyth itself, just a short walk away, has a variety of services, and there are all sorts of interesting places nearby. Being on the farm was fascinating with different shapes and sizes of equipment coming and going, but not spoiling the tranquility in any way. It is well placed and accessible to be a centre for exploring that part of the country and a walk to the coast is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon with a variety of routes depending on intrepidness. We would thoroughly recommend a stay. (Publish only with agreement of the owners)
