Warm and comfortable and very clean and quiet. Couldn’t fault the property at all. The upside down setup maximises the Ben Nevis views and means a cooler night’s sleep. Have already recommended it to friends.

A real home from home. It had everything to enjoy your stay & was very well equiped. Ideally situated for site seeing & ideal for walkers & cyclists. It was a lovely peaceful place to relax. Could have done with better internet but I'm sure that can be sorted. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

The location suited us and we enjoyed being able to walk our dog along the Caledonian Canal which was just across the road and sometimes we saw the steam train passing. The house owners were friendly and helpful and thoughtfully left us some nice welcome gifts which were appreciated. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

  • "We had a brilliant stay in this beautiful little house."

Taorbeag has been really well thought out with the living space upstairs to make the most of the fabulous view of Ben Nevis, we loved sitting in the morning drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains. The location is brilliant, with so much to do in the local area that a week wasn't enough time. John and Carol are really friendly and left us some lovely welcome gifts which was really kind. The shower is a particular highlight, and the beds and sofa are comfy. The house is really well equipped with everything you could need! The only slight issue is the wifi isn't particularly fast but it was enough, and there is mobile internet signal in the area so not a big problem. We had a fantastic stay and were very sad to leave!
