  • "The caravan was very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a lovely quiet possition."

We are used to a basic welcome pack ie milk, toilet rolls and a bag in the bin. The owner was very easy to contact on the couple of questions we had. A manual may help. If we go back to Greenacres we will definitely hope to be able to book 23 Gull and will recommend to family and friends. Lovely relaxing holiday x

  • "Overall,we had a nice time and the caravan itself was spacious, with comfortable sofas, a lovely patio area and most utensils provided."

It was close to a lovely beach which the dogs loved. However there were several inconveniences that affected our experience. No bed linen or towels were provided, so we had to bring our own before travelling. Which we had to perchase two single quilt covers. As we didn’t already own them. And none were provided…. After a 4hr drive it was very inconvenient having to make up all the beds on arrival. The duvet provided for the main bedroom was only a double when the bed was a king-size.. There was also no welcome Manuel or useful information about the area.. WiFi codes, or caravan instructions only a generic haven folder…! In addition there were no bins in any of the bedrooms or bathroom, which was quite impractical!! A cafetière and an air fryer would also have been useful, with a few tweaks and additions this caravan could be 5* stay….!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had an overall nice stay and enjoyed the spacious caravan, patio area, and the nearby beach – it’s great to know the location worked so well for you and the dogs. We are sorry to hear that some aspects impacted your experience. With regards to the bed linen and towels, these are not provided at the property, and this is clearly outlined in the property description prior to booking. We really value your comments, as they help us and the owner enhance the experience for future guests. Property Owner
