The sitting room beckons with two plush sofas, a bay window framing the garden, and another window offering a glimpse of the sea.
Pictures adorn the walls, and the electric log-effect fire brings warmth to cooler evenings, while the Smart TV offers entertainment after a day of exploring.

Double doors open into the conservatory, where two sofas and views of surrounding greenery create a peaceful space to unwind.
Don’t worry about the British weather—whether you’ve been out all day or staying in, you can savour the fabulous views with a drink in the conservatory or on the patio.

This is a fabulous place to stay, homely, spacious and with all amenities catered for, including complimentary guest subscription to Netflix and Prime Video, plus Google music hub.
The upstairs is not part of the let which is a shame but sleeps 4 comfortably. With great views from the picture windows across the golf course and out to sea, this secluded property offers peaceful accommodation with plenty of parking on site. Both coast and mountains in close proximity, and nearby Porthmadog for Aldi and Tesco, there is everything here to make for a very convenient holiday, everywhere within an easy driving distance. Definitely worth returning to.
A very comfortable cottage set in it's own grounds and therefore very private.
Lovely distant sea views and more immediate views over the golf course. We had many pleasant walks to and along the beach.
This was a very comfortable and well equipped and maintained property - and very clean.
The EV charger worked fine. The owner was very responsive and helpful - I was very impressed that he got a broadband problem (a supplier fault) sorted within 24 hours. Views from property are lovely, Garden has shady places - very good while we were there. Ffestiniog railway HQ in Porthmadog is 2 miles away. Porthmadog also has useful Tesco, Lidl and Aldi. Bus stop for S4 to to Peni y Pass (for Snowdon) is at end of track. (Car parking very limited and expensive at Peni y Pass) Advice to future renters: follow the directions given carefully - very easy to miss turn off the road to go across the golf course to the property.
