  • "This is a fabulous property."

It was spotlessly clean, very welcoming and comfortable and a lovely place to stay. The kitchen had an amazing amount of crockery, cookware and utensils - far more than any other holiday home we have stayed in. Thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent here, it was warm and cosy, light and bright and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Thank you Angela .... so glad you enjoyed it here, we'd love to see you back. Property Owner

  • "Robins Nest was delightful."

It is the cleanest, best equipped home we have stayed in, and we do holiday breaks often and this was super. I think for us “ oldies” a table with chairs rather than a bench arrangement would have been more comfortable. It was so refreshing to find everything beautifully presented and maintained. Well done all concerned. Footnote to Sykes- Your photograph of the front exterior of home is misleading and there are two properties, not one large one. But otherwise everything is totally accurately described.

Thank you for your kind words Roy, and also your feedback on the photograph. We've had the main photo changed and this hopefully gives a more realistic perspective of our side of the property. Property Owner

  • "Property was very well maintained and clean."

Kitchen had all utensils etc we needed in it along with all the appliances you could need. Fire was lovely but there was only really enough fuel for a single nights use, if you want more you'll have to buy some. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable too, and our boy loved seeing Branston and Pickle in the field in front of the property. Overall enjoyed our stay and don't really have any complaints!

Glad you enjoyed your stay Beck. Property Owner

  • "A beautiful well equipped cottage with everything you could ever need, its like a show home!"

The surroundings are beautiful and its fantastic to have use of the gym, tennis courts and pool. Maybe could do with some extra chairs for outdoors as there are only two and a small table.

Thank you so much Nicola, appreciate your thoughts. So glad you enjoyed the stay and hope to welcome you back again in the future. Property Owner

  • "Exceptional Property We were very impressed with our stay at Robin’s Nest, everything was brand new and of high quality."

The owners have thought of everything, plenty of kitchen equipment, torches, lots of coat hangers etc. and a very clear, well laid out instruction manual. The view of the pony & goat in the paddock was lovely to see as we relaxed in the very comfortable lounge. Being able to use the facilities at the country club was a bonus too.

Thank you so much Sharon. We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back to Robin's Nest in the future. Property Owner
