    The beach is a short 10 minute walk away and is significantly less crowded compared to Bournemouth Pier. It was an enjoyable stay where I can comfortably recommend the place to future guests. Overall, very satisfied.

  • "The house was very clean, tidy, and fully equipped with all cooking utensils, with no shortages whatsoever."

    Its location is also fantastic; the very close and easy access to both the beach and supermarkets made our stay extremely convenient, and having parking space completely removed any worries we might have had. ​Overall, everything was beyond expectations and amazing. This accommodation made our family holiday even more beautiful, and every single member of our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip

    Very well located for the beach. As the property listing says, the ceiling height is very low in places on the top floor.

  • "We had a lovely holiday, the property was very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for."

    The garden to the rear would have been the icing on the cake if we were able to sit there, maybe a seat at the front would be nice? A bin collection day notice would have been helpful and which bin to leave out. We had a great time, my grandson said WOW as he walked through the property for the first time. Thank you for a great experience.

  • "We can truly say we have had the best holiday, and the accommodation has been excellent."

    Situated in a quiet residential area of Westbourne, this property was ideal for our young family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the lounge area was very relaxing. We agreed the beds were really comfortable too. Having a TV in every room was such a luxury. Everything was on our doorstep, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners’ recommendations were helpful and spot-on for dining out. All in all, very attentive and lovely hosts! We hope to be back! Thank you again :)

  • "Loveley place to stay ."

    ChineHieghts is only 15 minutes from beach and town.The house was very clean and comfatable to stay in and situated not far from most places to visit .The beach is great with places to eat and you can easily walk to Sandbanks and Bournmouth as only 2miles away .Would love to stay again as had a lovely stay

  • "What a lovely holiday home."

    Beautifully clean, fully equipped and wonderfully laid out and decorated. Super close to Alum Chine beach and a 15-20 minute stroll to either the local shops and restaurants, great variety, or to Bournemouth pier along the sands and boulevard. We all had a wonderful relaxing stay with lots to do around and about.

  • "This property is in a great location, beach, restaurants, shopping all within 15/20 min walk."

    We parked our car and did not really use again. (Although bus stop outside door we walked into Westbourne for access to wider service) The property was cleaned to a very good standard, it is well furnished and the beds in particular were very comfortable indeed. We would be very happy to use the property again, and we would definitely recommend it (already have) to friends!

The property

A spacious Victorian property housing a fantastic duplex apartment set over the first and second floors, Chine Heights rests in the bustling seaside town of Bournemouth and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for an escape to Dorset.

Settle into this lovely property after utilising the off-road parking, finding a kitchen on the first floor, housing plenty of home-from-home amenities, a TV, and a dining table, so guests can cook and dine together.

On the first floor there is also a refreshing contemporary shower room and a cloakroom.

Settle down in the large sitting room, with views across the local town and loads of natural light, making this an ideal spot for a movie marathon, and here there is also a second dining space, also great for a family games night.

The first bedroom rests on the first-floor, a king-size which can be accessed through double doors from the living area, or from the corridor.

On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom ideal for a soak amongst the bubbles after a day at the beach.
