New Park Farm Cottage

This is our second stay a this beautiful cottage.

The location is perfect, this time it was to attend the New Forest Show and the welcome gifts and tickets for the show were much appreciated, thank you. The cottage is very clean and extremely comfortable and provides everything you could need. I cannot recommend it highly enough either as a base for activities in the forest or for a relaxing break just chilling in the garden. 10/10 from is again.

Such a great spot if you want to explore the Forest.

The cottage is super clean and has everything you need. The added addition of deer at your front door makes for wonderful company. It feels safe and is in distance of the campsite and polo club, which you wouldn’t know was there as it was so quiet. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Welcome milk and drinks was a lovely touch.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage and absolutely loved seeing the deer roaming around right near us.

The facilities were great, and a huge thank you for the loungers—with the beautiful weather, we definitely made good use of them! There was some building work going on next door, but we were out enjoying the forest all day so it didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was just a lovely getaway.

What a lovely cottage.

It was comfortable and well equipped. Always nice to have books and games etc there. Only small point might be a couple of comfortable garden chairs or loungers so better use of the great garden could be made. It’s perfect for walkers and cyclists being right next to access to the forest. Maybe not for anyone who wants to walk out to a pub or shop as they are a good 30min walk away. Another small point was the hotel did not accept the discount mentioned in the welcome pack so we were unable to use those facilities which would have been nice in the hot weather we got. Would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to the neighbouring cottages coming on stream as they would be ideal for a family get away.

Unfortunately we did not feel that the cottage was correctly described with regards to location, as it is not actually in Brockenhurst or in fact Lyndhurst, it was in between and felt a car was required every time you wanted to go anywhere!

! The cottage itself was not what we were expecting, it certainly did not feel cosy and felt that it could do with a general update. The kitchen appliances were adequate but not of a very good quality, paying the amount of money we did, we expected better quality. The bed was so uncomfortable and the ambiance of the cottage was such that we only stayed one night!! Initially we had planned to stay at the cottage for Bank Holiday Monday and sit in the garden but the garden furniture was so basic (4 dining chairs and a table) that we felt we could not sit there all day. I believe the photograph on your website showed different chairs! A bbq would have been nice! Also the property adjacent was being renovated so constant drilling and banging during the day did not make for a particularly quiet and relaxing break! Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location minuets walk and you’re right in the forest. It was the perfect base for adventuring nd then returning to a beautiful cosy fire

A clean, well equiped and comfortable cottage in a peaceful location, ideally located for exploring the southern areas of the New Forest.

The secure and good sized garden is great for guests who have a dog.

We found the accommodation very comfortable the milk and welcome pack was a thoughtful touch.

We travelled from Nottingham so we were quite relieved that everything was supplied for the kitchen and we only needed the food we had brought with us. The scrabble kept our granddaughter busy all evening so we were very happy. I would recommend this property it is well situated for exploring the New Forest.

The property was nice and compact.

We loved the location with the New Forest and how close to main centers it was. We all found the mattresses uncomfortable from the first night, which for the whole trip was pretty awful. And the TV is a real problem - no real channels and poor reception. To give a bronze award means they should have actually stayed there.

This is a wonderful property with a much appreciated welcoming package.

Would certainly stay again. Unfortunately we stayed a week and the tv wasn't working unless we streamed although reported on first day to owner. I am not too tech savvi and would have preferred info in paper form rather than scanning a QR code.

We have rented a number of holiday homes in Hampshire and this one is the best.

It was very cold during our visit but the heating kept us very warm. It was very quiet which is what we wanted. I would recommend this cottage as an excellent base when visiting the New Forrest.

A fabulous cottage in a perfect location to explore the wonders of the New Forest.

Could not wish for a more relaxing space to spend time walking through the forest surrounded by nature and wildlife. Very appointed cottage with every convenience and comfort provided. Can’t recommend this cottage more highly and we will be back

This is a well thought out cottage.

We really enjoyed it. Only trivial suggestions for improvement eg a kitchen scales. I’d have felt more comfortable with eco-friendly washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.

New Park Farm Cottage is ideally situated in the middle of the New Forest enabling easy access to all the beautiful towns and villages even a path going into Brockenhurst perfect.

The cottage provides everything required for a comfortable stay and extremely clean with the added bonus of parking.

This cottage ticked all the boxes.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect safe garden for our four legged friend too!

Cottage was in an ideal location and was very comfortable.

It was equipped with everything needed for your holiday. The garden is dog safe and weather permitting lovely to sit out in.

A lovely cottage, beautifully maintained and with every facility (and more) that you could wish for.

Spotlessly clean and the most generous and lovely gift pack on arrival that I have had. Very comfortable and cosy for me and my dog (German Shepherd), who also had towels, bowls and poo bags left for her. Fabulous quiet location, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep, with deer passing by the window in the morning and evening. Could not have wished for anything more.

We had a lovely week in this beautifully clean and comfy cottage.

We found everything we could possibly need was there. A very convenient but quiet location. We loved the visits from the deer. The only thing I would have liked would be some sort of grab rail at the top of the stairs to make the last three triangular steps a bit safer.

We really appreciated that, in addition to the cottage being extremely well set up and maintained, visible care has clearly been paid to the experience of someone staying at the cottage.

Starting with the milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival, but more generally everything was appropriately thought of (be that spare USB chargers in a drawer, knives in the kitchen actually being sharp, the set of cooking utensils and extras actually making sense). Much more so than in other places we have stayed. Thanks!

This was our 7th year at New Park Farm Cottage and it never disappoints.

5* to the cleaner. The cottage is ideal , straight into the forest and Percy our Labrador loves it. We are now deciding on a date for next year.

lovely clean and spotless cottage in a truly lovely setting thank you so much and we will be back for sure and highly reccomend to our friends many thanks carl hicks chester

Great property, great location, loved it.

Good morning Tranquil scenery, beautiful cottage, very clean & comfortable.

Everything was there what was needed for our stay. Just a shame we had to leave to come home, Recommend this cottage to others as they won't be disappointed, Outside area was spacious ie garden, was enclosed especially if you have small children or dog. Overall beautiful.cottage ..we will definitely be back for another stay.Thank you for making our holiday magical..

We had a lovely time in this beautiful cottage.

It was extremely clean and tidy, had everything we could possibly need. The garden was perfect for the dog and the location was very central to every where we wanted to visit. The beds were really comfortable, I have nothing negative to say it was just perfect We will definitely book again Thank you

Very comfortable cottage very well located near to Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst.

Quiet, peaceful and many beautiful walks from outside the front door. Heating system kept the cottage warm and cosy and plentiful hot water. Parking very convenient. Good sized enclosed front and rear gardens. Excellent overall and we will definitely return to this cottage.

A lovely cosy cottage in an area of exceptional natural beauty.

The cottage is in a great location, is very well furnished and was a warm and relaxing place to spend our time. The generous welcome pack was a nice treat too. We couldn’t fault anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back at some point for sure.

The cottage is in a great location, with excellent walks from the door.

Decor is fresh and clean. Heating is very efficient and plenty of hot water. The cottage is well stocked and the bedding and towels are good quality. The garden is fully enclosed and very dog friendly. The welcome pack was very generous. Overall, we were very happy and considered the cottage very good value for money. Minor suggested Improvements: Draining board, bread board, hose pipe, coat hooks and boot rack by the back door. The twin beds pushed together to make a double is a good idea for versatility, however the beds are a different height and when pushed together make for a very uneven dbl bed. Would highly recommend and would return.

Lovely generous extras with welcome pack, loo rolls, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc.

Owner very helpful before hand with advice about cot. Well resourced with the exception of plates and cutlery for toddlers(no worries as we had taken ours). Another recycling bag would have enabled us to sort rubbish more “greenly”! Thoroughly recommend

Cottage was ideal for us and garden perfect for Quin, my dog.

I can not find fault with anything and only suggestion would benefit from an extension to hand rail at top/turn of stairs. Also a couple of comfy garden chairs would get thumbs up! On last evening we lit the wood burner and it was brilliant - Quin loved it too! Did a lot of walks from cottage- the forest literally on our doorstep. Welcoming pack probably best I have ever had and flowers were a lovely touch. Parking was perfect and apart from traffic to and from camp site it was a very safe and peaceful area. Mentioning the camp site I can honestly say its existence was hardly seen or heard. I really hope to return and share this wonderful cottage with other members of family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay & the cottage was lovely & clean & well looked after.

Appreciated all the clean towels etc. Only a couple of small things, in your advert online, it shows comfortable garden furniture but when we arrived, it was just a wooden picnic bench/ table. So we never got to enjoy the lovely big garden, as wasn’t anything comfortable to sit out there, despite the beautiful weather! Also, maybe a full length mirror in one of the rooms would be useful, if convenient. Many thanks, Debbie Jaye

Brilliant Cottage located on the New Forest Showground.

Lovely location and quiet. Close to all local villages and attractions. The cottage was perfect and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would recommend this to anyone.

This is a lovely clean and comfortable property and we felt relaxed and at home straight away.

We had everything we needed and it was all in good working order. We would happily stay here again, as a family or with friends. The only addition that we would welcome is some garden chairs or loungers for the lawn area so you can sit back and enjoy the surroundings. The picnic table is fine for eating meals or a morning coffee but there was nothing to relax on to read or sunbathe or just enjoy the birds and bats. Or doze, if you’re like my husband!

A lovely clean and comfortable cottage.

Quiet location with easy access into the forest, plenty of deer roaming about around the cottage. Great cycling and walking area. One small issue the photos show comfortable outside seating in the garden but these had been replaced with picnic bench could do with more comfortable chairs. A minor point and it would not stop us returning. Garden very dog secure and kept tidy

Well furnished and equipped house, very comfortable with every facility.

It’s location is ideal for exploring the New Forest and the south coast

A wonderful cottage with everything you need, in a beautiful area.

Very comfy beds, cottage had everything we needed extremely peaceful.

Dog loved the large totally secure garden. Fantastic welcome pack &fresh flowers were a lovley touch thank you

This is a lovely cottage in an amazing spot.

A couple of minutes walk and you are in the New Forest with lots of options for walking and the most beautiful river. We all loved it but my children thought it was particularly magical and wanted to visit the river every day. Great towns and restaurants nearby. There was the added bonus of a pizza van on the campsite opposite which was very helpful for our arrival dinner! We had a fantastic stay and would return.

Lovely cottage set in an ideal area to explore the New Forest.

The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and the bunch of fresh flowers a lovely touch. The cottage was well off the main road so very peaceful, surrounded by parkland with many dears. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit the New Forest.

The cottage was excellent, it was decorated to a high standard and very clean and well equipped.

Fantastic location . Will definitely use again.

A great holiday cottage, ideally situated in the heart of the New Forest.

Comfortable and warm it was lovely and we hope to return

What an excellent cottage really is the best one we have stayed in.

The place is so lovely near to everything and so many places to visit nearby will be recommending to friends and family. So helpful the owners too.

Apart from the weather we had a lovely holiday once again at New Park Farm cottage.

It is like home from home, very comfortable and the surrounding area is fantastic. Booked again for next year can’t wait to visit once again.

This was a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting.

Clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners phoned ahead of our arrival to let us know of damage that had occurred but this did not spoil our stay. Lots of little touches to make you feel at home. We have always loved the New Forest but have stayed further north previously but this is a perfect place to use as a base. Would book again.

This was our 5th consecutive year and we have already booked for 2024.

I think that says it all. Exceptional welcome pack, very much appreciated. Clare and Shaun Bellew

We had the best time in the cottage it was everything and more than we expected.

The kitchen was the hub for us and the outside facilities brilliant. You offered to provide us with a bbq and when it arrived it was brand new so we really appreciated that. Thanks for making our holiday brilliant and will definitely be using sykes cottages again. We will be recommending you to all our friends Regards Lynn and friends

The cottage was so well presented, spotlessly clean, came supplied with everything we needed and in a wonderful situation.

We had a sublime week, helped by the beautiful weather. Having access to the garden and being able to walk straight out into the forest was such a bonus, and seeing the deers everyday was just lovely. My only request would be for a non slip mat for the downstairs shower. The base was very slippery. Sorry I meant to leave a note but forgot. I did leave a note about the long horned beetles which hatched out the firewood...one afternoon we had 20 flying around the lounge. Resolved by popping the logs into the garden. We don’t mind bugs but some might not like it.

Another lovely holiday at this beautiful location.

Makes us sad to leave but we are booked for September looking forward to it. Cottage is so comfortable and has everything you need. Surrounding area absolutely stunning.

New Park Farm Cottage was wonderful.

It provided everything we needed & was the perfect base for exploring the New Forest. Very high standards of cleanliness and a cosy feel to the cottage. Lovely surroundings and nice to wake up to such lovely views and the sounds of Spring. It certainly sets the standard for our future cottage bookings in the UK. Many thanks.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at new park farm cottage.

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location. Will definitely book again and highly recommend

Despite the weather a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

A spacious and comfortable property, warm and well equipped. Kitchen and dining area pleasant for preparation and eating. Spacious parking. One improvement would be for each set of pillows to have a soft pillow choice.

Warm, comfortable and very quiet

A comfortable, cosy and well equipped cottage set by a campsite with a hotel/spa behind.

Very quiet over New Year break. Enjoyed log fire. Plenty of deer around and walks from the door. Would be happy to return if in the area again, although only in winter for us, to avoid camping crowds.

The perfect cottage to explore the New Forest.

Another wonderful stay in New Park Cottage.

It is in a super location. So many walks accessible from the doorstep that we hardly used the car all week. The cottage is nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen. We are already planning another stay here next year.

Very well prepared with good facilities; an excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2week stay at New Park Farm Cottage.

This was our 4th visit and we are booked to go next year. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The area around the cottage is breathtaking. To wake up on a morning and look out of the window to see deer, squirrels and ponies is fantastic. It is only a short walk and you are into the forest. Highly recommend this cottage.

The area surrounding the cottage is beautiful and serene!

The garden is large and great for children. There was a slight oil/kerosene smell in the the downstairs bathroom, which was stronger in the mornings and although bearable, was also a little off-putting. The cottage is lovely overall, with a large kitchen and bedrooms. It's a warm house and the 2 fans were needed. Amazing walks among the wild horses, cattle and reindeer. We loved our stay and would definitely return

This was our 4th visit, and we have already booked for 2023.

I think that says it all. I have a very high standard of cleanliness, and the cottage has that standard which is one of the main reasons we stay there along with the the beautiful surrounding. Exceptional.

A wonderful 2nd visit to this lovely Cottage in beautiful surroundings in the New Forest.

We will return with our family. 'Thankyou' to all! Weather was amazing, so lucky! Tricia, David and family

Lovely location for walks locally and into Brockenhurst.

Cottage was perfect with a good size enclosed garden. Took a little while to find it only because our sat nave took us astray!

Nice touches of fresh flowers, prosecco ,coffee pods and milk found on arrival, much appreciated.

Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The garden is lovely too and a bonus if sun is shining. Didn't realise that mobile phone signals are virtually non existent in cottage so perhaps this should be mentioned in the details.

A clean and comfortable cottage in a good location.

We had a relaxing break and loved seeing the deer every day.

Lovely clean cottage in a beautiful location.

We would love to return.

The cottage was extremely comfortable & extremely clean.

Bottle of fizz to greet us! The beds were comfortable although we both found the pillows rather hard - probably due to tight covers. Kitchen equipment clean and functioning. Lovely to have an enclosed garden for the dog.

Fantastic cosy cottage, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, easy access to forest walks through caravan site adjacent and for us cycle tracks.

Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again

Great cottage with a real home from home feel.

Everything was well stocked and comfortable.

Lovely cottage in a lovely spot.

The standard of cleanliness was outstanding and the quality of kitchen equipment, bedding etc was excellent. We loved being able to walk straight into the Forest and the parking outside the property is an added bonus. We were 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day. Lynda

A wonderful property.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you.

We has a wonderful week at New Park Farm Cottage.

Everything was thought of in this cosy and immaculate cottage. There was an amazing welcome hamper on the table when we arrived and the house was decorated festively. Being able to step out within yards of the New Forest was a real bonus for the dog. We were rewarded practically daily with a large herd of deer in the empty campsite opposite. We could not fault the cleanliness and facilities in the cottage. Even providing items for the dog. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a small 5 litre green compost caddy outside in which to put the dog poo bags until rubbish day. We managed to get a booking at The Pig restaurant which we would recommend. So close to many interesting villages and towns A lovely spot and we will be back.

Well appointed property in beautiful location.

A wonderful week in the most beautiful cottage!

Everything we would ever need for a relaxing break!

A lovely cottage, in a wonderful part of the new forest, comfortable, clean and well informed.

Only thing i would change is having 2 keys instead of 1 and struggled to close the bathroom door upstairs without making alot of noise.

Wonderful cottage in beautiful surroundings it has everything you need.

To be able to walk out the front door and see deer, ponies, squirrels, donkeys is absolutely wonderful. It is so peaceful. Definitely recommend in fact we are already booked again for next year.

Beautiful location with lots to see and visit in the area.

Cottage was really homely and a good size. Lovely garden to walk round and relax in. Useful black out blinds in children's bedroom. Handy to be able to use the facilities on the campsite to buy refreshments. Lovely walks around the cottage. Felt part of a little holiday community!

Beautiful place to stay .

New park farm cottage was perfect . It was Clean and comfortable and the perfect location to explore the New Forest . We spent our wonderful week here making memories and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely return in the future.

The host was very helpful

No 1 New Park Cottages is located in a peaceful spot close to the Forest.

It has all the facilities that you would want including many games, jigsaws and books. Wi fi is good and the quality of the equipment and furnishings is excellent. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.andhad a memorable weeks holiday.

Is a lovely cottage well equipped and very relaxing.

Nice welcome gift when we got there x

So lovely to wake up every morning to fantastic views.

New Farm Cottage is situated in a beautiful part of the New Forest ideal place for leisurely walks in the forest. The cottage has everything you need, very comfortable and clean. It also has a lovely garden for sitting out in and relaxing. We didn’t want to leave.

A very well-equipped cottage, especially for our 2 small children.

We particularly liked the location, very quiet and great to just go our for walks and see the animals.

A superb cottage, beautifully decorated, comfortable and an ideal location to explore the New Forest and surrounding areas.

It is opposite a camp site, but we had no noise or disturbance. Highly recommended.

Very well equipped cottage in a wonderful quiet location.

The owners really had thought of everything to ensure that we had a relaxed and comfortable stay. We had a lovely Easter break with the family and our dog and especially enjoyed being able to walk from the cottage into the New Forest and Brockenhurst. The weather was perfect (hottest Easter on record apparently!) so we celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and Easter Sunday, with a home-made Afternoon Tea in the large enclosed garden. I'm sure we will be back.

Absolutely fantastic cottage really enjoyed our stay here

Loved this beautiful little cottage in the most idyllic setting in the New Forest.

Can’t wait to go back again and explore more next year! Many thanks.

Cottage was lovely, spotless, with everything we needed, the owners popped in to check everything was ok, which was a nice touch.

Cottage was a in a good location, lots of lovely walks to see the ponies and deer. We would definitely recommend. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Lovely cottage in the grounds of New Park.

Great for exploring the forest. Owners very helpful and friendly. Have thought of all the little things that help make a difference. Would be happy to return.

A characterful, well equipped and tastefully decorated cottage.

It has a lovely big garden which is ideal for children and dogs . We had a great time exploring the New Forest and surrounding villages .

Lovely cottage in great location with short forest walk to Brockenhurst.

Brilliant things to do close by, horse rides, bike trails and museums. Already looking at dates we can return.

Perfect location in the New Forest.

Well equipped and good layout.

A very cosy cottage on the forest.

Very quiet and peaceful. Close to Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Lovely thick white towels. We enjoyed sitting by the wood burner and were very pleased to get a second basket of fuel. A lovely relaxing break in spite of the inclement weather.

We were vary happy with the cottage very surprised with the quality and the comfort it just had everything you needed and when we come back to UK for any reason we would most definitely book it again.

Congratulations to the owners taste of everything.

Lovely cottage ideally located within the New Forest with immediate level walking access from the property to the forest and Brockenhurst village.

The cottage is well equipped and cleaning had been done to a very high standard.

Lovely well equipped, comfy, peaceful cottage located centrally for walking and cycling.

Would recommend a visit!

This cottage was so cozy and had everything that you would need.

My dog loved the big garden and my partner enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. So much thought had gone in to the decor and the beds where super comfy. We stayed in Autumn 2018 and where so warm the heating worked perfectly. Definitely would go back.

Friendly, helpful booking service and excellent host.

The cottage exceeded my expectations, very well appointed, quiet, well located and in a beautiful area surrounded by walks. There is a hotel in walking distance which has a very good play area for children which was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Great holiday in a great cottage.

Thank you.
