We had a lovely stay and will return everything we needed great garden and position in Hayling island five minutes from the beach

Such a lovely house situated in a very convenient location on Hayling Island.

The house itself is well equipped with everything you need to cook, clean and relax including games and equipment for the beach and the garden. We loved our time there and would rank it as one of the best Sykes Cottages we have stayed at.

Just returned from a week's stay at Framlingham and what a beautiful house with the most amazing huge garden.

Everything was spotless, had everything you could need, the beds were really comfy and it was in a brilliant location on the island. We all had the most amazing time, our little dogs loved the garden and the weather was perfect . A perfect stay would highly recommend and will definitely return

The cottage had all you can wish for and the huge garden is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Lovely old fashioned home with a very large garden and ideal for a Dog the Property as a unique charm all of its own and is very well located for getting around Hayling Island the property is also very well equipped but It is an older property and therefore more suitable to smaller groups of people or older holiday renters and not for larger families who want en-suite facilities or open plan living the Maintenance could be improved but it really is a lovely place to stay if like us you are used to older properties

Absolutely delightful establishment beautiful area would certainly recommend to anyone who is wanting stay near Portsmouth.

The property, and particularly the garden was very nice and particularly suitable for dogs.

The only frustrating thing was a lack of laundry drier, which usually seems to be the case. A dishwasher is much less appealing. All very good, though.

Lovely property big rooms.

Very clean inside. Large back garden for our dog to play in. Only problem was the road noise outside which is not the fault of the property obviously. The area is very dog friendly with lots of walks. 1. Being on the rugby pitch down towards the sea, which had a cafe and very welcoming 2. There is a walk way about 4 houses down which if you follow it between the the houses on a track it comes out into a huge field next to a static caravan site. Great place.

We had a lovely stay.

The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable beds and sofas. The garden is beautiful and our dogs loved it. It is located on a busy road with some traffic noise but this didn't bother us. We would definitely return.

The property was absolutely lovely, very clean, facilities were great, rooms were very comfortable, location was perfect.

Communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic size house with a great enclosed garden that our dogs loved.

Good location within walking distance to the beach, shops and pubs/restaurants. Very comfortable main bed and well equipped kitchen. The property, however, was in need of a deep clean and maintenance issues needing attention that unfortunately weren't resolved resulting in a early departure and somewhat ruined holiday.

Stunning house, perfect for what we needed it for, even with our longer than usual stay, it was a welcome change from out house and I am really glad we chose this one.

Anyone thinking about booking, this host made us, feel welcome and as if nothing was too much, not a single issue that was not dealt with within about 2 hours after raising it, very reachable and approachable!
