  • "A good week in this warm and comfortable bungalow."

Extra touches such as robes and slippers included as were soaps shampoos and conditioners. Being a dog friendly property there were pet blankets available and space outside for exercising. The owner Kay forwarded information and a welcome to the property before we arrived which was appreciated. Would definitely stay at Palace Bungalow again.

  • "Wonderful 4 nights spent at this lovely bungalow, everything was there that you needed plus some!"

Incredibly dog friendly with beautiful views across the paddocks and beyond. Very friendly owners and their kune kune pigs were delightful, recommend meeting both! This would be our first choice if holidaying in this area again.

Thank you for leaving the bungalow exceptionally clean and tidy much appreciated.. hope to see you back Property Owner

Watching the horses in their paddocks was great. The area is also great for night sky watching. The property had everything that you needed for a restful break. We would definitely recommend and will be looking to book again in the future.

  • "Lovely little cottage, at a very reasonable price."

Remarkably well supplied for a holiday let, and all rooms were clean and comfortable. And the views were truly spectacular. Would definitely rebook next time we're looking to stay in the area. Only minor niggle was that the garden was not secure for our medium-sized dog (he could crawl under the gate), but this was more than made up for by the freedom for him to run in the empty paddock nearby.

HI Jennifer thanks for the feedback I will look to put some netting at the bottom of the gate Property Owner

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the farm animals were lovely to go and see. The bungalow was used mainly for sleeping arrangements and we all tended to live in the farm house.
