  • "The sofas in the lounge differ from those in the promotional description."

We do suffer from back pain and we’re attracted to the pictures of high backed sofas. The new ones have low backs and we’re not ideal. Just a minor detail. Otherwise a beautiful comfortable and warm house.

We are so sorry about that. The sofas arrived earlier than expected so we replaced them before the photographer could come out and take new photos. The listing will be updated very soon. We hope you still managed to enjoy your time with us at Pearl Lake and enjoyed the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. We hope to welcome you back to one of parks in the future. Very best wishes, from all the team at Discover Parks. Property Owner

  • "Lovely comfortable cottage."

Beautiful setting. Ideally suited for visiting National Trust properties Croft Castle and Berrington Hall both worth a visit. Plenty of very pretty villages nearby with loads of history. Good food to be had in local pubs and also in onsite bar. The only negative was on our first morning as we prepared breakfast the hob fused the electrics. There was no answer on the emergency number so we had to go out for breakfast. We notified Reception and although the electrics were back on when we got back later in the day no one got back to us to let us know whether it was safe to use the hob. Two days later we were contacted to be told an electrician would be calling that day. Again no one let us know the outcome until I called reception. I was told the hob was safe to use as long as some of the other electricals were not used at the same time (not very practical for catering purposes). I think a new hob should be installed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback - it is always very much appreciated. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed Keepers cottage and the surrounding area in beautiful Herefordshire. We are so sorry to read about the issues you had with the hob and the electrics. We always have things to learn and this has been a valuable lesson because we should have ensured you were kept up to date with the job and the response time. A new hob has now been installed and we are sorry this happened. We hope top welcome you again in the future and hope you will accept our apologies. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries. From all the team at Discover Parks. Property Owner

Garden and hanging baskets were beautiful and made the cottage so welcoming. There was a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen. Bedrooms with towels, tvs in every room. This was our first visit but certainly won’t be our last!
