  • "We had a fantastic time, the caravan was clean and well appointed, and we were very pleased."

    The only small complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable. Everything else was spot on.

Yes, you certainly can! Pearl Lake is very dog‑friendly, offering a secure off‑lead exercise area, woodland walks and a hot‑shower dog‑wash facility on site.

Yes, guests can use the 9‑hole golf course for free during their stay; visiting guests pay £12 per day.
Is fishing included with accommodation?
Fishing on the natural lake is available to guests throughout their stay. However, a fishing permit is required, which can be obtained from the Reception.

Mentioned in the Domesday Book, Shobdon has a village shop, an excellent pub/restaurant, and even a private airfield, providing a rare opportunity to learn how to fly helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. Leominster, dating back to the 7th century possesses some fine examples of architecture including the Priory Church, along with a wide selection of shops, cafes, antiques centres and pubs - an ideal place to spend an afternoon. Close by are many National Trust properties including Croft Castle and Berrington Hall, plus the Judge's Lodgings in Presteigne, Stokesay Castle, the renowned Shropshire Discovery Centre and the Acton Scott Historic Farm.
