  • "An absolutely stunning cottage, beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard, we could not fault it at all and it was spotlessly clean."

Provisions at the cottage went over and above what was expected, including a coffee machine and cafetière, a beach bag and four beach towels and a bucket and spade. Also a huge crate of items was available for dog owners. On arrival, we were greeted with fresh flowers and a welcome pack that included fresh bread, cheese and milk - all local produce. We would not hesitate in recommending this fabulous property and hope to stay again in the future.

Thank you, a pleasure to have you as our guests. Property Owner

  • "What a fantastic holiday rental."

Tastefully decorated, clean and with everything you could need provided. Would book again if coming back to the IOW.

  • "We had a lovely mid week stay on the Isle of Wight with our two children and puppy - the cottage was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for us."

The host was attentive and kind and we loved the little touches around the house. It’s very light and airy and will be gorgeous in the summer months. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and easy to find, but in a residential area so very quiet at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Sandy Cottage again if we return to the IOW.

  • "We had a lovely break."

The house was very clean and well thought out. Our two dogs were very happy and we encountered no problems. There was plenty living space and good kitchen facilities. Two double beds were very comfortable with good storage in bedrooms. Easy location to access the island. Could walk to the beach took approx. 15 mins.
