Low Tide Loft

Property looked lovely and the balcony, garden and views were great.

However, the bath had not been finished being plumbed in so was unusable and there was lots of white dog hair on the sofa; even after hoovering it the the two members of the family who did sit on it ended up with bites on their legs form something living in or in the sofa.

First we noticed a chest of drawers was damaged and china/glasses were chipped then people were locked in by toilet door locks then one morning the main bedroom shower wouldn't turn off.

Finally an infestation of ants that was quickly dealt with by the lady who manages the property

This was our second stay at Low tide loft.

It is absolutely spot on for our family get together. All the rooms are large and very comfortable but the location is the real winner. We all love West Wight so there are only very short journeys to all our favourite places. It's also a only a few minutes on foot down to Colwell Bay where we saw several fantastic sunsets.

This is our second visit to this accommodation.

Beautiful house in a great location. However the maintenance of the property is lacking. Many areas of where decoration is required and the tiles in the master bedroom ansuite need cleaning and regrouting. Also the tiles in the second bedroom are similar condition. The cob webs around the windows and lack of window cleaning is obvious for all to see. My main issues was the amount of dog hairs on the settee and in the downstairs bedroom. One of my guests is allergic to dogs his visit wasn't the best due the lack of cleanliness. A great property in a great location let down by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Wasn't an issue on my first vist. Dont like give bad reviews but the facts are there for the owners to see for themselves.

Low tide loft is a really spacious and well equipped house.

7 adults and 1 dog stayed on our visit. There was plenty for us all to do. The balcony was fantastic 1st thing in the mornings and late into the nights, especially as there was a heatwave when we stayed. There are 4 toilets, 3 showers and a generous sized bath at Low Tide, so no bathroom queuing. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dining ware, glass ware and cutlery. The tall fridge has loads of room for food and chilling drinks. We all really enjoyed our stay at Low Tide, our dog enjoyed herself as well. The pool table is a fantastic addition,and the garage stores plenty of things to do in the garden fir children. The 5 minute walk to the bay meant we were able to have lots of swims and stroll to the Bar in the evenings. The Isle of wight has lots to do for everyone and is a beautiful place to visit. We can all highly recommend Low Tide Loft, and would most definitely stay again. A big thank you to the owners, who have thought of virtually everything,

It’s a wow house!

Absolutely superb and so spacious. Very smart, quality, furnishings, utensils and linens but so cosy and comfortable. The location is wonderful as it’s close to the beach. Freshwater amenities are a 5 min drive away. We had a lovely holiday.

Property amazing but bathroom door upstairs didn’t close and we had no fridge working all week.

Absolutely stunning house in great location.

. Very spacious with every facility you could possibly need. Additional luxurious touches like Molton Brown hand wash and cream duos in all wash basins. Very comfortable and cosy as the weather got cooler. Would definitely revisit!

We loved our stay.

The house is not only beautiful but the location is perfect. House is well equipped. Everyone felt right at home. My one and only criticism is that you can hear all the noises… footsteps above, toilets flushing, dishwasher in bedroom below etc. modern property but maybe more soundproofing, I actually don’t know. But definitely seemed louder than normal. Like I said… no other negatives and wouldn’t change my 5 star review. Thanks for having us.

Great accommodation, with simple lovely interior decor.

Immaculate condition. Great kitchen facilities. Perfect location, less than 10min walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this.

Beautiful spacious property with everything you need for your holiday.

Gorgeous balcony view, really handy utility room. Four large bedrooms. Really lovely showers. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely thoughtful games to help occupy the family and we all enjoyed the pool table every day. Really good location for the beach and quiet west side of the island. The only thing we got stuck on was the instructions for the oven in the folder says how to turn the oven on, but you need to press the F an extra time for the fan to come on otherwise the oven smokes and nothing told us how to turn the oven off. We worked it out after a few mins trying but that would be handy to have in the folder.

We had the best time there. The house is everything you dream it would be on holiday. Clean tidy well equipped a real home from home. We will be coming back thank you

Stunning property in an amazing location.

It had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday to the Isle of Wight. We got very lucky with the weather as it sunshine every day which made it even more special. Colwell Bay is just a 5 min walk away and the best place to watch the sunset. We can’t wait to return. Thank you!
